Love Him Back

Meanwhile...

(In Olivia's room)

As Olivia laid on the bed, she looked at Carson sleeping and thought, "Why didn't you tell me that you were sick?"

Tears then started falling from Olivia's eyes. She mumbled, "I was about to tell you that I liked you too, but you didn't wait for me."

A few minutes later, when Olivia was about to close the lamp, she felt a hand on her shoulder. She then looked back and saw Carson, awake.

She asked, "Are you okay? Do you still feel any—"

Before she was able to continue, Carson grabbed the back of her head, pulled her face towards him, and kissed her lips. Olivia was then left astounded, but she didn't respond to the kiss. She just sat on the bed and waited for him to release her.

He broke the kiss. "Aren't you suppose to ask how I am feeling?"

Olivia sighed, "It's already clear that you are—"

"I heard everything, you said you like me," said Carson.

Olivia's face reddened. "What?"

"I wasn't unconscious. All this time, I was just pretending. I'm not actually sick."

"This is ridiculous. If you're just going to play around, then I'm sorry, I don't have time for that."

"Why do you seem pissed?"

"Look, sickness isn't a joke. You don't know how much—"

"How much you were worried about me?" Carson put his index finger on her lips.

Olivia explained, "I'm just worrying that you will—"

Without letting her finish her sentence, Carson suddenly grabbed her wrist, pulled her into the bed, and grabbed her waist which then left Olivia's body facing towards his.

"Haven't you already admitted it? Why do you need to explain?" Carson asked as he gazed at her eyes.

Olivia said, "Let go of me."

"Answer my question first."

"What?"

"When you found out that I was sick, were you really concerned about me?" Carson asked as he brought his face closer.

Olivia lied, "I-I was just curious."

"Wrong," Carson said as he pecked her lips.

"How is that wrong? Only I get to know the answer to this question!"

"You should've have said that you were concerned."

"I've answered your question. Let go of me now."

"You didn't get it right, so I'll ask you another question." Carson chuckled.

"You liar!" Olivia gently slapped his chest.

"I'll let you go once you get this right." Carson smiled. "Did you really meant what you said a while ago? Do you really love me?"

Olivia lied, "I just said that because I thought that you were about to die."

Carson pecked her lips. "Wrong."

Olivia tried to push him away. "You said—"

"You're lying to me. Why do you keep hiding your feelings?"

"I'm not."

"Can you be honest with me? Just for once?" Carson said as tears started falling from his eyes.

"Why-Why are you crying...?" Olivia asked.

As soon as Olivia saw Carson crying, she froze. She never actually thought that he'd cry just because of her. All this time, Olivia kept denying the fact she liked him. She didn't know what to do nor say. Should she just let him be? Or should she just tell him that she felt the same way?

Carson wiped his tears and looked away. "If you don't want to be honest, then I guess I should call this a—"

Before he was able to finish, Olivia suddenly gripped onto his shirt and brushed her lips against his. As soon as Carson felt her lips on his, he smiled. He immediately pulled her by the waist and responded to it. The kiss wasn't full of anger nor sadness. It was filled with warmth, happiness and most of all, love.

"I've already admitted it. I like you. Happy?" Olivia folded her arms.

Carson smirked. "No, I'm not. Do you think that a simple kiss will satisfy me?"

"I don't like kissing a man who has kissed other women."

"You're the first woman I've ever kissed."

"What-What are you saying? I know that you've been a womanizer in the past. You-You can't deceive me."

"I'm addicted to it, Olivia."

"You're addicted to what?" Olivia yelled.

Carson unbuttoned her dress. "I'm addicted to you."
