A week later...
(At the Fire kingdom)
Kaycee looked at her fiancé, who has sitting beside her, and told him that her brothers sent her a note again, but she didn't want to read it this time. Adam then got the letter and scanned it before he stood up and told the princess that her brothers found the three culprits.
The princess then sat up. "Let me see."
As Kaycee started skimming the note, she said, "So far we've got Jack, Licia and Jay."
Adam responded, "They haven't identified the leader yet, but so far they're close to figuring it out."
"Isn't Jay the one that tried to poison my second brother?"
"No one would've expected that he was a part of it."
"He's such a disgrace!"
"Wait! Didn't Jack work for you too?"
"He was a general that my older brother fired two years ago."
"What does he have to do with Jay?" Adam asked.
Kaycee replied, "It's says on the letter that Jack wanted revenge for his wife's death who was killed by Eleanor's father."
"We've got to help them find the last comrade. He must be the one who started this all."
"I hope it's someone I don't know."
Meanwhile...
(At Pali village)
"Why isn't that fool updating me about what's happening?" Jack shouted.
"How can he finish his job if you keep pestering him?" Licia asked.
"I brought him back from the dead! He should be grateful!"
"He's probably betrayed us," the man assumed.
Jack said, "That's impossible!"
"It's just an assumption, Jack," Licia sighed.
"Sir, what makes you think he'll betray us?"
"Do you think that he'd betray Princess Eleanor?" the man responded.
"Leo wouldn't do that. I threatened him."
"As if he'd allow the feeling of remorse to enter his life," Licia sighed.
Jack responded, "His life ends in a month."
The man said, "You've raised the wrong boy, Jack."
Jack then told them that Leo promised to win Eleanor's heart and he'd do anything to break her and King Cameron apart. As soon as Licia heard that, she bursted into laughter and asked if he actually believed him.
Jack glared. "He loves her."
"Do you think Leo would let Princess Eleanor be miserable?" the man asked.
"He hasn't even confessed yet."
The man explained, "What I'm trying to say is that we need the blue gem as soon as possible. If Leo doesn't get Eleanor within the month, then we'll lose hope."
"Why don't you just get the white and green gem?" Licia asked.
The man replied, "I need gems with power."
"Then why did you kill the parents of Princess Eleanor? You just made things more complicated. The blue gem would've been in our hands already," Jack sighed.
"I have my own reasons." the man smiled.
"What about the red gem?" Licia asked.
"That's nothing to worry about."
"What makes you think that you can get the red gem that easily?" Jack asked.
The man smiled. "Isn't it obvious? What kind of son would resist his father's request?"
