Quinn's POV

It's been two days since I last heard from Alexis. The last time I'd seen her was on Saturday evening after dropping her off at her home. I'd driven her to the gym for her yoga class and thereafter, we spent time in my office. Since she accepted that I'd never leave her, she was more open and I even felt as though I'd gotten past some of her walls but those thoughts had quickly died after I tried reaching her the next morning and she wouldn't take my calls or even respond to my texts. It had me wondering what I'd done wrong again but after thinking back to all of the time we spent together, I was sure I hadn't offended her.

By now, I knew Alexis well enough to know she had probably given herself more reasons to stay away from me and hence, the reason she was ignoring me.
