chapter 10: escape

But I ignored him and got on with the mission, I gave Corey our signal to start walking down.

"Hey do you want to get out of here?" I questioned the man "yeah lets" the man replied, before he could do anything I grabbed the key and said "let me head to the room and get ready come up in 10 minutes" I said in my best flirty voice, he gave me the key as I walked back up the stairs I gave Corey the key trying not to get seen handing him the key and heading back to our room,

Corey pretend that me forgot something and headed out of the casino. Room 3, room 3 Corey kept on saying it over and over in his head till he found it and snooped in. he literally turned the room upside down to find the case and there is was he picked it up and found the earrings and headed out quickly as possible.

We met the man down stairs and gave him the earrings and said in his room there is $1000 in his side draw, we rushed into his room and grabbed it and headed back to ours.

We hugged in excitement but as we pulled away we looked at each other until a thought came through my head "look Corey I have something to tell you" I said as I sat down on the edge of the bed he did the same and said "what's up Callie?" "Well when we had sex…we didn't use protection…that's why I was in the bathroom panicking then FBI Cole came"

I said in a quiet voice I looked at Corey he was speechless he wasn't even looking at me, "Corey please look at me" I said as I put my face in front of his "h…how could this happen" Corey said in a very shocked way "I don't know Corey but I'm not too sure can we please forget about this until we know for sure?" I questioned Corey nodded his head "can I ask you something Corey?" he looked at me and sighed "if you're asking if I can be a dad then NO!" he said in an angry tone.

I should have expected that but it kind of shocked me I expected better from Corey "is it weird that we had sex before even kissing for the first time?" I questioned he looked at me and tilted his head in confusion "how could I possibly not kiss someone as good looking as you" Corey said I blushed as we were leaning in to have our first kiss a pound at the door.

Corey looked through the peep hole, he turned around in shock he eyes were widened "oh shit, grab Bruce we need to go now… I will grab the money and we need to climb through the window" Corey said in a whisper voice I just nodded my head grabbed Bruce and climbed out the window onto the fire exit, as Corey were climbing through we heard Cole say "IF YOU DON'T OPEN THE DOOR IN 5 SECOUNDS IM BREAKING IT DOWN!" Cole shouted as he started counting down from 5.

"Were do we go now?" I questioned Corey, Corey looked everywhere then he looked at me in a disappointed face and then he pointed down I looked at him with shock "there's no way I will break a leg never mind my ankle" I said as I made myself clear "there's no were else Callie" "okay grab Bruce" I asked Corey, he took Bruce then I started climbing down the pole as I were half way climbing the pole I slipped and fell straight on my back, I couldn't breathe because I winded myself I was literally gasping for air until behind Corey the door flew open and in came Cole Corey quickly threw Bruce of the fire exit landing on my chest making me gasp for more air.

I was trying too hard to concentrate on my vision I could only see a blurry Corey sliding down the pole, as Corey helped me up and we started running Cole were firing a Spas-12 shot gun as we tried making our run to a nearby car " were going to steal it?"

I questioned Corey "well we have done worse now… besides got another plan" Corey said in a cocky tone of voice as he was trying to pick lock the car.

Then I jumped to the sound of a gun shot hitting the car window, "Corey come on that nearly hit me!" I rushed Corey "do you want to give it a try" Corey said sarcastically as the car door swung open we both climbed inside with Bruce between my legs. "Where are we going Corey?" I questioned as Corey started speeding off "well Mexico baby…they can't arrest us there!" Corey replied "how do we get across the border?"

I questioned then I nearly flew out of the windscreen "Corey!! Keep going he is going to catch up!" I screamed at Corey "the borders…when was there borders?" Corey questioned "everyone knows that….Corey except you" I said in a cocky tone. "I have an idea when we get there…. Let me just loose him first!"

I completely forgot about Cole until again I nearly went flying out of the windscreen "Corey!" I shouted "it wasn't me this time Callie" and yet he was telling the truth when I looked behind me I see Cole chasing after us and hitting the back of the car,

I think at this point we need to be booking a room at the hospital not a hotel as Corey turns the car we go in slow motion crashing into a massive pile of rocks as the car landed, I see myself hit something hard making me jolt. I hit my head everything is so blury, I see blood trickling down in front of my eye, I try to shake my head to get my eyes to focus, I see Corey getting dragged out the car by Cole "Corey!"

I screamed which made him conscious and he's  doing his best to try and get his arm of Cole's grasp.
