Chapter 3 “Emanation Of Love And Care”

I'm really short of words", Alexander replied, "So impressive Granny", he continued. "This home is really blessed with angels", Alexander added, as he took a bite of his doughnut.

 The clinking of glasses and crunching of meals resounded in the room, denoting the presence of unity and love as they all chatted, laughed and feasted. 

 Bang bang bang (gun shots), "he must be killed", a loud voice sounded outside.

 "Let me see what's happening outside", Granny Rachael said, moving gently towards the window to check.

 "The street gangsters are at it again. They are chasing themselves with vans. It's obvious they are fighting against themselves", Granny said with a tone of fear.

 "A city of deadly altercations and continuous disaster. I wish I could flee away from this deadly city of Eldoria", Reyna said as her happy mood became affected by the deadly atmosphere in the community.

 "Cheer up Granny, stay happy Reyna, don't feel moody, let's enjoy this special moment", Alexander said, as he consoled and comforted Reyna and Granny Rachael, cracking a joke to make them smile.

 "Please lend me your phone, Reyna, I'd like to make a call. I lost my phone at the party house yesterday", Alexander asked and stated politely. 

 "Sure, you can have it", Reyna says as she gives her phone to Alexander.

 "Thank you", he replied after collecting the phone.

 "I know you have been worried Dad, I'm fine, don't worry too much, I'll be back home in a month's time", Alexander said as he replied to his Dad, who talked about the fact that he and Alexander's Mom had been so worried after simultaneously calling his lost phone.

 "I told him I'd be back in a month's time because I want to recover completely before going back home", Alexander said, immediately after he ended the call with his Dad. He'd known that Reyna and Granny would inquire about why he said that.

 "I hope you get well soon Alex", Granny said, laying her hand on his shoulder, while she slowly pushed him to lie down on the bed.

 "Make sure you rest well", Granny added as she navigated her way to her room.

 "Call me when you need anything", Reyna said as she left.

 "I need something now", Alexander replied.

 "What do you want", Reyna said as she stopped to attend to Alexander's request.

 "Just answers to a few questions", Alexander said.

 "OK, let's get to know what it is that's bothering you", Reyna replied.

 "Yeah, at first, if you don't mind, tell me how you were able to summon courage to shoot that Assassin in the clubhouse and where did you hide yourself when a lot of people were killed?" Alexander said and also asked.

 "OK, I work as a cleaner in the clubhouse, I was in the bathroom freshening up after the completion of my task that particular day before I started hearing continuous gunshots. I decided to stay still and composed in the bathroom waiting till when the gunmen leave," Reyna said. 

 "In the locked bathroom where I was, I overheard that the Assassins were seeking to terminate your life as they kept on telling you to come out from your hiding place due to the fact that they were convinced you were in the clubhouse after they spied on you. To cut the long story short, I noticed you fought against them. I know you'll be in serious danger because a lot of them are chasing after you. So, I thought of myself as a coward if I didn't help you out. I tiptoed to get a gun on the floor and hid myself. I summoned courage to shoot at the Top Assassin when I saw you exhausted and in need of help," Reyna continued.

 "I really owe you a lot, Reyna," Alexander said as he promised to be by her side in times of trouble.

 "How old are you, Reyna?" Alexander asked.

 "I'm 24 years of age," Reyna replied without hesitation.

 "How old are you Alexander?" Reyna asked. 

 "I'm 28 years old," Alexander replied as he came down from the bed, moving towards Reyna, who began to feel nervous.

 "Reyna, I couldn't resist the chance to talk to someone as captivating as you. Reyna, you've stolen my art for being a good person. You look so charming and beautiful. I think I'm beginning to develop feelings for you. Reyna, I love you," Alexander says as he holds Reyna by the waist in a way that her breast touches his chest.

 Reyna!!, Granny Rachael called out for Reyna's attention in her room as it 

 Interrupted their romantic moment.

 "I'm on my way, Granny," Reyna replied with an audible voice as she hugged Alexander with so much love before leaving to attend to Granny Rachael.

 "If I was told to describe who Reyna is, I'll definitely say this without hesitation, she is created specifically for me," Alexander said to himself as he smiled so gracefully after Reyna hugged him and left.

 "I think she loves me too. I'm really charmed by her beauty, her glowing eyes, her soft skin when I touch her, her wonderfully endowed body which displays perfect curves that release a seductive aura whenever I stare, her dark and long hair looking perfectly groomed. She really smells nice in a way that I'll always want her by my side," Alexander continued as he lay himself down on the bed gently.

 "I think I'm getting healed so quickly staying here with this wonderful family. I'll make Reyna my wife," Alexander said, acting as if he said nothing after he noticed that Reyna overheard his last statement as she came back into the room.

 "Don't pretend, handsome, I heard you clearly," Reyna says as she smiles so passionately.

 "OK you caught me, darling," Alexander says as he stands up from the bed again when he sees the beautiful goddess who stole his heart.

 "Alexander, I love you too," Reyna said, as she stared at Alexander, a tall and perfectly groomed man of commanding and intimidating presence, with an attractive scent and aura that attracts eyes in his wake, his sharp, steel-blue eyes as glorious as a sea, having an etched jaw that discusses assurance close by a flawlessly groomed dark hair, with a muscular figure that makes him so masculine and dominant.

 "I feel blessed to hear this from you, Reyna. The moment you saved my life yesterday, I already knew that nature brought you to me as my supportive partner. I love you so much…" Alexander said before Reyna tiptoed and covered his mouth with an intriguing and passionate kiss, stopping him from completing his statement.

 "Why are you looking so handsome?" Reyna says as she blushes while placing her hands on Alexander's chest.

 "And why are you looking so pretty too, darling?" Alexander asks as he caresses Reyna's beautiful long hair.

 "Come on here, sit on the bed," Reyna said, smiling and making Alexander sit as she placed her head on his shoulders and held his hands.

 "Having you by my side makes me feel like I now have a Father. My parents are no longer based on what Granny told me right from childhood. I didn't know any of them. Granny is all I have. Now I feel happy having you because you've occupied the space of my Father in my life. I love you extremely Alexander. I promise to always make you happy. Thank you for making Granny happy when she fell down this morning after hearing gunshots a few hours ago." Reyna said, giving Alexander a tight hug.

 "You made me feel so special with those words, Reyna, I won't let you down, I promise. Our relationship officially begins today," Alexander said as they both smiled and cuddled themselves.
