15 _ Overtaken.

Blaze was looking straight at her , his eyebrows were arched in anger as Jealousy were the crystal clear in his aqua blue eyes.

"Cass, We need to talk." He said facing her as he casually glanced at Zac . sizing up this possible rival before returning back to the girl glaring at him , already infuriated at his audacity to still show his face after what he had done.

"We have nothing to talk about. I don't ever want to see your face again."

The others that had also come to join them at the bowling alley became aware of the scene and the heated tension within the two..

"OMG!" Dana exclaimed , turning to Mal who was supposed to be one of Cassie's closest friends. "You knew Cassie was involved with Rockstar Blaze Bloom and you didn't think tell me?!"

"Honestly I didn't even know." Mal responded with surprise and examined him from head to toe , taking in his lithe figure and those gorgeous bangs. "He's even dreamier in person."

"It's just one guy." Sandi snubbed flicking her blonde hair behind her in an unconcerned manner. "And How could he even get involved with her? She's clearly not his type."

"And I suppose you're his type Sandi?" Dana scoffed."

Tristian sighed at their usual bickering and took out his car keys and waved them at Mal. "Maybe when you're done drooling , I can give you a ride home."

But away from the little group , the tensed conversation between the trio with Blaze adamantly wanting Cassie to ditch the man beside her and come with him.

"Cassie , how do you know him?" Zac queried with scepticism. "Have you met before or something?"

"Yeah..." She replied , avoiding both of their pointed gazes."He's...a friend."

"A Friend...' Blaze scoffed as he walked up to her and grabbed her hand firmly.

"Come on Cass, lets go we really need to talk and stop all the drama.

"Didn't you hear her the first time?" The other guy spoke as he came in between

them pushing the two apart. "Musician or not , She said you should get lost."

"Well tough shit , tonight you picked the wrong guy to mess with. Now get out of my way because you see , I don't know you very much. But then today I don't f****** like no-one. So you'd better Mind your business and get out of here before I loose my cool." Blaze gritted as he clenched his fist , ready for a brawl.

"Guys stop it!" Cassie exclaimed but none of the the two men were going to back down now.

But already fueled to the brim by anger and jealousy , Blaze delivered a knockout punch that caught Zac unawares, catching him right look the face. The immediate Impact threw Zac back as he groaned in pain and placed his hand over his face as

blood rushed out of his bloodied nose.

"What the fuck man?!!!!" He exclaimed.

"Blaze what the hell is wrong with you ?!" Cassie antagonized as she rushed to her co-worker's aid and produced a neat white handkerchief from her purse which Zac used to dab at his bleeding nose as some of the blood had already streamed

down , staining his gleaming white shirt. "Are you okay Zac?"

"I'm fine. Nothing broken" He replied , casting a vicious glance at his attacker who stared him down impassively.

"You should go Home , I'll be fine from here." Cassie said placing a hand on his shoulder and he looked at her doubtfully and she reassured him. Zac grudgingly agreed and set off in the opposite direction , but kept looking back warily.

Blaze ran a hand through his dashing hair before taking off his dark shades. "At least that pain in the ass is finally gone."

She was surprised when she saw that he had a bruise in his left eye and it was slightly swollen showing it was recent when someone had punched him in the face. "What happened to you?"

"This?" Blaze jested touching the bruise and winced. "Just another one of those fights. You should see the other guy."

"You're Crazy!" Cassie groaned in exasperation and made to turn away from when he held her hand and shot her that his killer smile that made any lady with a 30mile radius fall to her knees. "I thought that turned you on." you don't turn me on right now but you just turned me off Blaze she cut it.

She had to wriggle herself out of his grip lest she fell for him again. Reaching in her purse, she fumbled with some keys until , she found the ones she was looking for and got into her car leaving him behind her.

But Blaze Bloom wasn't easily put off.

Cassie was stunned when she looked into the rearview mirror and saw him on his Harley zooming after her, as he called after her to stop her Car so they could talk. Forgetting to watch the road , she almost ran into an incoming truck but she quickly swerved out of the way in time. She stamped on the accelerator and zoomed ahead but Blaze was determined not to lose sight of her.

They both raced down the highway as he tried to overtake her.

"Pull over!" He shouted out to her as their vehicles where neck to neck."I can explain."

"I don't want to hear it!" Cassie retorted as she wound up her window screen and sped down the lane.Still determined, the rockstar increased his speed until his motorbike overtook hers and blocked the road as he stood in front of the machine daring her to keep going.

Cassie gritted her teeth at his witty plan and wanted to plough right through him but at the second , she slammed on the brakes and her car came to screeching halt and he smirked knowing she could not do it.

"What do you want from me?!" She sighed as she came down from the car after she'd parked in a secluded spot.

"I just want you to listen." Blaze answers as he walked towards her. "I'm sorry."

"Sorry?" She scoffed dramatically. "For what? For leaving me with your perv of a friend just to fool around with some other girls and get high or for hitting my friend for no good reasons?.

"Draven's already dealt with. One thing is to say that we're not friends anymore...Not what after he did to you."He spoke referring to his blackeye. Blaze had had it out with Draven and the confrontation ended in blows but not before Draven threw a few punches.

He gripped her hand firmly. went on one knee to apologize "I couldn't think straight for days when we were apart. I needed you, to apologise. I called you over a million times but you always hung up. Who you saw back at that nightclub was only a part of me I did hope you never see.. I won't say that I'have changed cause that'd be a big goddamn lie but am sure trying to because of you. But what I can say is that life without you Cass is hell...I'll be fucked up if you can't be with me maybe even worse than who you saw at the club.There's no body else like you ,you make me want to be a better person. l like how you make feel Cass and I want you to stay with me ..." His eyes lit up as he looked into hers. "Will you stay?"

cassie looked away confused on what to say or do. should she walk away from him and never to get hurt by him again or just follow her heart and be with the man she has ever lived and still loves. with all the thoughts building in her head she could have just said no. Walked away and never looked back with regret but instead Cassie wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him close as their lips touched and an electric shock ran through her.
