Morris understood what Aaron Saint meant. Those at the front desk allowed someone who didn't have an appointment with the boss to go in. They needed to pay for their negligence.

''What about the young Miss, you said she will be here soon?''

''Let her in when she arrives''

''Yes, boss''. Morris went out and Aaron Saint closed his file and watched the door as it opened again and Rowena Myers walked in smiling as she spoke.

''Aaron Saint, how have you been?''

Aaron Saint smiled and watched her as she stood before him. ''I thought I should give you a surprise''.

''I see, is that why you lied to my staff that I gave you permission to come here anytime you wanted? They are going to lose their job because of you''

Aaron Saint stood up and walked to the couch ''sit here please''.

Rowena Myers hid her dissatisfaction immediately and sat down across Aaron Saint.

She looked at Aaron Saint with admiration. He was always the only man she wanted.

From the first time she saw him back then till now, she had never wanted anyone else but him.

To Rowena Myers, Aaron Saint was the only man she wanted. He was the reason why she worked so hard all these years and subjected to her grandma, because she wanted to become a woman who befitted Aaron Saint. She didn't care about whatever issues her grandma had with the old master of the Saint Family, as long as she could get Aaron Saint in the end, she didn't care or minded going to extreme ways.

She was now popular, and a beautiful goddess that men desired. Off course, Aaron Saint was also a man and there was no way he wouldn't fall for her charms.

As Rowena Myers indulged in her own self-glorification, she didn't notice the impertinent look on Aaron's face as he became increasingly annoyed by the way she looked at him like he was some food.

The way Rowena Myers looked at Aaron Saint disgusted him. He didn't like it at all. She was beautiful and attractive, he would give it to her, but, she was no close to a certain little imp in his mind.

The only person whose reverence didn't give him any disgust was that little rascal who should be in any moment from then.

Rowena Myers came back to her senses the moment her saliva dripped from her lips. She was caught drooling and it made her flush and shy.

She smiled and said to Aaron Saint ''is been really long, right Aaron? 6 years, and you still look the same''.

Rowena Myers smiled shyly.

Aaron Saint nodded his head saying ''you're right. Is being 6 years. You don't look bad yourself''

''Aaron, I heard about what my cousin did. I am really sorry about that. Who would have thought Liyah was that kind of person? She really surprised everyone.

To think she left you for your cousin, I was really sad when I heard it. Our grandma doesn't even talk to her because of her betrayal''

Aaron Saint looked at Rowena Myers as she went on and on berating Liyah. Her intentions at that moment became clear to Aaron Saint

''Oh, this was supposed to be kept a secret. You see, Fashion Lyah is such a big company that produced 80% of the most expensive clothes in D-City for the upper society. Liyah Myers has being doing a bad job at managing it, so, our grandma thinks I would fit well as its new director.

I spoke to cousin Liyah Myers last night. She should get prepared to hand everything over to me. The board of directors also think the same way too. Is about time, a new person took over''.

Aaron Saint smirked sarcastically. Things were about to get interesting. It was clear Rowena Myers' purpose for coming was to declare her stand.

Aaron Saint thought about Liyah Myers and felt uncomfortable. Though his relationship with Liyah Myers has being rocky because of Josh Saint, he still couldn't bear to see her lose everything. Fashion Lyah was Liyah's mother's blood and sweat.

''Aaron, this time that I am back, I intend to pursue two things; love and career''.

''Love and career?'' Aaron Saint smiled and nodded his head.

Just then the door opened and August Maijune walked in socked wet with water and breathing restlessly. August Maijune looked up and saw the two people inside.

Rowena Myers looked at August Maijune with an annoyed expression and spoke.

''Who are you and what are you doing here? Did you lose your way? How can you barge into the president's office without even knocking? Don't you have any manners? Who are your parents?''

The way Rowena Myers spoke nonstop left no room for Aaron Saint or August Maijune to even speak.

Aaron Saint looked at how August was shivering and quickly stood up and went inside his rest room adjacent the office and brought out a towel. He walked to August Maijune and put the towel on her cleaning her up and scolding her.

''What happened to you, kid?'' August Maijune sneezed and replied ''I stopped at the café down to buy you coffee and it suddenly started pouring''.

''You should have stayed there or called me. Why did you pass through the rain, silly girl? What if you catch a cold?''

Rowena Myers was totally taken aback as she watched the scene before her. Who was this girl that got Aaron Saint's attention so much that he had forgotten she was still in the room? Rowena Myers frowned the more she watched them. She couldn't take it any longer and stood up speaking

''Aaron, is she someone you know?''

Aaron Saint and August Maijune turned and looked at her and August Maijune asked ''who is she, Aaron?''

''Oh, she is an old classmate who came to visit. Rowena Myers meet August Maijune. August, this is Rowena Myers''.

August Maijune smiled and stretched her hand to greet Rowena Myers and Rowena Myers looked at August Maijune in a condescending manner as she spoke leaving August Maijune hand hanging in the air.

''Hi, I am August Maijune, you can call me August''. August Maijune spoke awkwardly and pulled her hand back.

Aaron Saint ignored Rowena Myers again as he took the coffee box from August Maijune and put on the table. He wiped August's face with the towel and pointed at the room saying 'go in and change into something before you catch a cold. I think Mai left some clothes the last time''

''Alright''. August Maijune look at Rowena Myers and went into the room closing the door.

Rowena Myers clutched her fist around the bag in her hand as she asked ''Aaron, you still haven't told me who she is? You two seem close?''

''Oh, August, I am her guardian. She is with me, and I'm sorry for not teaching her some manners'' Aaron Saint added and sat on his desk looking at Rowena Myers.

Rowena Myers chuckled awkwardly and spoke "I'm sorry about that. She just suddenly barged in and I just said the first thing that came to mind. I didn't know she was a kid you are taking care of. Is she a distant relative?''

''No, she is someone close to my heart, so next time watch how you speak to her. If you don't mind, I need to make sure she hasn't caught a cold, she can be a little careless. You can see yourself off, right?''

''Yes, sure''. Rowena Myers watched Aaron Saint go into the room and she chuckled annoyingly and went out.

Aaron Saint entered the room and saw August Maijune in a towel and spoke turning away. ''You… what were you doing? Why are you in only a towel?''

August Maijune picked the dress in the closet and spoke as she went into the bathroom to change ''you're the one who barged in. I just came inside a minute ago''.

Aaron Saint sat on the bed as they talked.

''Are you okay? Next time, don't you dare walk through the rain to come here. What if you catch a cold?''
