The Phoenix of Heavenly Discipline for Moral Enhancement
In 45 BC, Cleopatra VII and Ptolemy XIV were invited to Rome, with great distinction, to stay at Caesar's private residence across the Tiber tree. The place where Cleopatra VII lived was beautifully landscaped, with wide gardens full of flowers of all kinds! She used to walk in the garden with Caesar and her son, watching the flowers bloom and fall together, enjoying the simple pleasures of family life!
To please Cleopatra VII, Caesar even built a temple to her ancestors in Rome and erected a golden statue of Cleopatra VII next to the goddess Venus.

"Well! If these ordinances both strengthen our rule and allow the people to live in peace, that's a great way to kill two birds with one stone! We could try it! Perhaps we can make Rome and Egypt as beautiful as heaven on earth to govern!" Caesar could not find any reason to object! So he smiled and agreed with Cleopatra VII.
