"Keep your excuses to yourself and get out this instant!" Kim Ji-hun roared.

Ïmmediately, Ms. Helen turned to rush toward the door but as he pulled the door open, she remembered something and quickly turned around to meet his fierce gaze.

"President Kim, should I let them into your office as soon as they arrive on this floor?"

"Before will you chase them away after granting them access to this floor so I Cn appear on the news as soon as they leave Dream Axis?" He retorted.

There was no need to send the people from J Group away when they had already been notified of his presence in the company plus his availability.

Although he was furious, he could still think properly.

Receiving his approval, Ms. Helen let out a sigh of relief before rushing out.

With the way she was panting for air as soon as she shut the door, she could swear that nearly passed out in front of President Kim.

He was so frightening!

Some minutes later, the guests arrived and were sent into Kim Ji-hun's office, and it turned out that the Chairman of J Group had come personally to talk with him.

Kim Ji-hun was a bit taken aback when he saw Chairman J, but trust him to not reveal any emotion on his stone-cold face.

Even the handshake the old man reached out to have with him, he had to stare hard at it for a while in contemplation before being urged by the chairman to receive it.

Sitting on the single sofa in the open space sitting area in one corner of his office, Kim Ji-hun crossed his leg over the other.

Without bothering to invite his guests to sit as he believed that his sitting gesture was already enough signal, he went straight to the point.

"Chairman J, what brings you here?"

"Hahaha…" Letting out a casual laugh, the old man went to take a seat with another man who looked to be in his 60s, who happened to be the project manager of J Group.

"It seems like President Kim is still angry with us?" The Chairman guessed with a smile that reached his eyes.

"You can see clearly, but you are thinking too much. You came unannounced, and that is enough reason for any big company owner to be mad."

Kim Ji-hun didn't refute his claims of him being angry over their decision to pick RX over Dream Axis in the bid held the previous day.

Also, he couldn't help stating the second reason that got on his nerves while emphasizing how important his dignity was as well as how big Dream Axis was.

He was not going to let anyone intimidate him.

To his statements, Chairman J found it right and quickly made an apology for coming over to see him without prior arrangements.

But by this, he had noted that Kim Ji-hun was forced to welcome them half-heartedly.

Surely, the person that let them in should have already considered all of this beforehand but given his current temper, he was not the one.

"President Kim, please accept our apology. I am a business owner as well, and I know what a sudden visit like this can do to our already busy schedule."

Hearing the owner of such a big conglomerate apologize to him, Kim Ji-hun threw his head to the side while listening as he couldn't be bothered by some things.

"But we are here for something good. For the bidding project, we have decided that Dream Axis is more than capable enough to handle it."

"Why?" Kim Ji-hun interrupted as his brows constricted in a frown.

He was truly built differently given that he hadn't rushed to jump for joy. Instead, he wanted to know the reason J Group were going to go against their partnership with RX and come to him.

Things just didn't make sense. Also, he didn't want to feel that he was being given leftover food.

To save time for both of them as they were busy people, Chairman J went straight to the point to explain everything.

"After giving it some thought, RX can not give us a standard project with that price they had obviously stated to win the bid.

We wouldn't want to hear anything about a collapsed building while work is still ongoing or after work is done.

This time around we want to work with you."

Receiving a document from the man sitting beside him, he passed them to Kim Ji-hun who looked disinterested but still accepted it.

"You can go through the details of our plan and set the best budget to get the work done. We are leaving further decisions in your hands to make."

J Group was sharing exclusive details of their upcoming project with Dream Axis which meant that they were wholeheartedly ready to work with them.

It was only now that Kim Ji-hun started to take them seriously.

Flipping through the pages of the information passed to him, his gaze quickly went through some important keynotes.

Seeing now looking interested in what they had to say, Chairman J said, "We will give you from now till this time tomorrow to think about doing this project. For now, we will take our leave."

Having said to this point, the old man rose to his feet with the man he came with, prompting Kim Ji-hun to do the same.

"I will walk you to the elevator." He said and led the way out of his office for them.

When they got to the elevator, Kim Ji-hun stood outside and watched them get in and that was when he heard the only request from Chairman J since they met.

"President Kim, I have heard how good and successful your senior manager, Director Oh is with handling big projects, we would like to work with her directly as a representative of Dream Axis on this project."

In essence, Chairman J is saying that Oh Ji-Soo should be the one to handle the project as he trusted her years of experience.

He didn't even leave any room for negotiation.
