13.Marraige proposals to the Young King.

Ceylon was ruled by a monarch.The Foreign affairs Reception office was in the South region.There the climate was hot and dry.Except for few small hills the Reception area was a flat land.The rainfall was less and there were man built lakes at every corner.The marshy lands were dedicated to the paddy cultivation .Thousands of buffaloes were a common scene.The Reception office had a seperate factory of curd.Milk from buffaloes were processed in to thick curd and stored in clay pots in various sizes.They were served with treacle to every person who comes to the office.

Within few miles of the Reception office the boundaries of the citadel started.There was a splashing tall waterfall at the entrance of the mountain range.The kings army guarded the entrance.The side gates were in the right side of the waterfall well hidden from human eyes.The citadel was on the planes on the top of the mountain.There were well built stairs to climb up behind the waterfall.It was a miracle,within hours of spending time in scorching sun ,one can reach the shivering cold weather in the citadel same as far far north of the world.There was no snowfall,but showers of ice was not an uncommon experience .

Ravan as a young king wanted to develop the sciences he learnt.His sky lab was in the middle of planes.

The country needed an heir as their crown prince.Ministers came up with marriage proposals suitable to the handsome king.They had a cool competition among them to become the father in law of the king.Their daughters were beauties with long dark hairs and ivory coloured skins.

Dhanya ,the daughter of the minister of justice was the beauty of the era.She was a well mannered kind hearted girl who played with Ravan in his childhood.Dhanya waited unmarried for a long time till she found love with Ravans Army head Malan. a handsome prince from East of the country.

Her father disapproved her love life making Dhanyas life miserable .In a mission of controlling a riot, her lover got killed.She was in mourning when Ravan got her fathers proposal to marry her.Being Dhanyas life long friend Ravan couldnt refuse her.

One evening Ravan was in his study.He was writing his first book of aviation.He owned three airplanes.His running track spreaded 18 miles in length.The planes took off from the steep hell at the end of the runaway.Dhanya named it as the worlds end as no one can see an end to it.In Ravans absence Dhanya took over the production of airships.It was her idea to mingle less weight steel to the Ravans original wood structures.Her love story started when she was working with the army head.Although Dhanya was sick with condolence , she worked with Ravan in his labs.Both of them had a transmission tower.They believed in life in other planets.

"I can't marry you Ravan.I am better dead without him.We had a beautiful life.We hugged each other when it was very cold on planes.He wanted five kids and I wanted four.We were arguing.It is not easy to forget him.You are my friend than the king.I cant live a double life.You can be my husband ,but my heart is not sincere.

" I can't say I dont love you Dhanya.But I had somebody else in my life in the university.I never thought about her as my wife.But things happened fast as it was like I found my other half"

"Why don't you marry her?"

"She is not one of us.Do you think this country will accept my love?"

" You have to do what you want to do.Don't wait till others snatch your happiness .It was what happened to me.I think my father is behind Malans death."

" If you like I' ll marry you Dhanya.That is what I can do to protect you.At least we both know each others true hearts"

The following day Ravan officialy accepted Dhanyas fathers proposal.
