Think Before You Speak

Xenon was in a panicked state, he didn't know what you do, quietly he said said to himself, "How did I get here, I thought I was hunting in vampire territory." He stared at the wall next to him.

"What are you doing?" said the deep voice while retracting the sword.

"I'm just trying to think now could you please be quite." Xenon said out loud

Ace felt shocked and his face turned cold, "Do you really want me to be quite?" He started pulling his sword out and placed it infront of Xenon again, "You're in ghost territory I don't think you shouldn't make things harder for yourself."

Xenon was scared.

He realized what he had just said.

And he regretted it.

He quickly tried to explain, "I'm sorry I didn't mean to it just came ou-

"I don't need your explanation I just want to know why you are here." Said Ace calmly while placing his sword away.

" Well um about that. " What was Xenon supposed to say that he went hunting and got lost, no that wouldn't work, who would believe that?

Ace got angry, "What is your purpose of coming here, did the king send you to spy on us."

"uhh no I was just trying to catch a butterfly." Xenon could not believe himself, catch a butterfly now that was more of a dumb excuse then getting lost.

"You really expect me to believe that? Well you must be foolish only a moron would believe your lies." Ace was now getting impatient.

"Okay Okay Okay, you got me there but will you believe me?" Xenon said with a pleading voice

"Of course I would never believe a stupid vampire but I guess listening to you won't hurt."

"Thank you, well here's the thing I'm new to the village and I haven't drank blood in 1 month plus I missed the blood festival, so I went out hunting and I thought you were an animal so I tried catching you but then I fainted."

"Is that so?"

"Yeah, I'm very sure that's what happened."

"Stop talking" Ace was getting impatient, he started rubbing his temples. This Vampire has caused so much trouble. "I believe you for now but if you do anything to make me angry I will not hesitate to slay you."

Xenon was confused he was not going to kill him? Why? So many questions went through his head and he asked the most dumbest, "So what is your name?"

And Ace quietly responded, "Ace"

"Well very nice to meet you Ace I'm Xenon" He puts out his hand to shake but he gets ignored and the looked up at Ace with big eyes, "Will you please help me escape?"
