Club Red Rose, city M
Brakh! Brakh!
"Nanda!"
The door opened with Chiko's scream calling the woman's name in extreme worry. Meanwhile, Geana and Wirlin looked at the three women, who were already sitting with messy hairs in the corner of the sink.
Then Gretta, she still tried to put on a calm expression as the bodyguard hugged her immediately.
Grip!
"Tta, are you okay?" Chiko whispered too softly, so that only the woman in his arms could hear it.
"Yeah, I'm fine, they're the one who's okay," Gretta replied just as softly.
Chiko immediately untied his arms, looking at Wirlin who was furious at the three women in a mess nearby. Then Geana, she chose to approach Gretta and hug her tightly.
Wirlin said a lot, but it didn't seem enough when she still ordered the four to come to her room, before many came and realized the mess in the toilet.
So, both the three, Gretta and even Geana and Chiko finally followed the Boss to a room far from the club building.
It took a few minutes, until they finally arrived and Wirlin entered first with Chiko as the last person to close the door.
Slam!
The room was quiet, Gretta stood with Geana with a calm face. Then, Kristal and her two friends were silent, when Wirlin spoke again, asking.
"So can you explain what's going on in there?"
Her tone was calmer, because previously Wirlin had chanted in her heart to be patient.
"I don't know, Boss. I was doing my make-up and suddenly three women came and attacked me," Gretta explained casually, without hiding what was really going on.
"Why did you do it?"
This time Wirlin looked at Kristal and the two women who wore different expressions.
Yes, when the two women were afraid, Kristal kept her haughty face.
"Because she's new and has been rude to us, she controls the guests and doesn't let her seniors try," said Kristal angrily, remembering what she heard.
Brakh!
"Have I ever implemented a senior-junior system here? Who are you to do something like this?" snapped Wirlin, annoyed.
She even got up from her seat, pounding on the desk so angry.
"I free you guys to roam around here, giving guests at the guest's request. Then, since you are seniors what does it mean that guests have to be with you. I have to force them to do that?"
"And you, Kristal. Don't I have more guests than the others? If you follow seniority, shouldn't Ana get more guests than you?"
Krystal then shriveled up at her boss's angry words.
She knew what Wirlin said was true, but she still didn't like it when her other colleagues talked about the new kid being better than her.
"I admit that your work and service are good, but if your attitude is negative like this, I am forced to give you a break for a few days-
"Boss, you can't do that with me! My customers will turn away if I'm not in this club even for a few days."
Wirlin glared at Kristal who interrupted her in disbelief, not to mention her chest heaving because she had just been rudely interrupted
"You are impudent, don't because you're the customer's favorite here, you dare to be like this!"
"But Boss, this is unfair, why just-
"You've done something wrong and still don't introspect!"
The bickering of these two women could only be watched in silence by those in the room.
Gretta herself chose not to interfere and remained relaxed, as long as she and Geana were not included in the discussion.
Until finally Wirlin decided for Kristal to apologize to Gretta, if she didn't want to be suspended for her evil actions.
"I don't want to apologize to her!" cried Krystal did not accept.
"Krystal! I'll let you work without a customer at this rate!" raged Wirlin.
"I-
"It's okay, Boss. I have forgiven Kristal," interrupted Gretta with a sweet smile, looking at Kristal who was looking at her sharply.
"You're not angry with the three of them?"
"No, this will indeed happen in the work environment, isn't it?" Gretta said softly, as if she had no problem with what the three women did to her.
In fact, she really wanted to complain that her skin was all sore from being scratched by the three women.
"Tsk! You're so cute," Krystal snorted in annoyance.
Gretta just smiled patiently, in contrast to Geana who finally spoke up.
"Don't cross the line, Krystal."
"Why? Like I care."
"Shut up!" said Wirlin quickly, looking at all the women in her room with long and repeated breaths.
They were of course silent, only eyes were clashing between Kristal and Geana, while Gretta only hid her smile when she saw a face annoyed Krystal.
"Nanda, what do you think? What should they receive as punishment if they don't want to be suspended?"
Another question came from Wirlin, this time Gretta was asked about what to do.
A moment Gretta glanced at Kristal, who had been staring at her with angry eyes from the start, then smiled lopsidedly and looked back at her towards the boss.
"So far in the club there must have been a division of seniors and juniors without being caught, whether it was bullying or not. But, as a newcomer to work and experiencing such anarchic behavior, I want at least such things to be abolished."
"What do you mean, Nanda?"
Gretta smiled again, looking at Kristal with a calm expression despite the fact that she was talking to the Boss.
"I want toThere is no senior or junior label here, because it is indeed Wirlin who manages all of us and is the same. But, because you don't necessarily know what's going on in the field, I want something like that to no longer exist," said Gretta when she got a response from the boss who didn't understand.
"So?"
"How about this, Boss. Let Kristal with a sense of seniority and I as a neutral party who asks for justice, to work in equal portions."
"This is the same as letting me prove to Kristal, if there is no such thing as senior or junior in working. All the same and let Kristal know, otherwise all those she considers juniors don't stand a chance."
"For example me, who will get a lot of guests without your interference as usual. This is between me and Kristal, to prove who is superior."
"Let Kristal know, if the guest chooses of her own free will too. So, if in this proof I lose, let me leave this club. How about it?"
This lengthy explanation was certainly met with various responses.
Yes, Wirlin who actually did not agree but still agreed, Geana who looked at her in disbelief, Krystal who felt challenged.
Then, Chiko, who for some reason actually hoped for Gretta's defeat, so that the woman had an excuse to stop sooner. But, even though his thoughts were like that, he didn't reveal it and got rid of it right away.
For what reason, because he was sure that if Gretta had said that there would be a plan. That meant that Gretta had predicted it well too.
This stubborn woman, luckily I adore her, Chiko thought.
"So, how?"
