"That poor guy. Some friends he has! That's it I made up my mind!"

I had a plan! and no one was going to stand in my way.

I found my way back to the ballroom with the help of worker who found me to tell me some important guest were here to greet me.

.

.

.

In 'my' private study awaited a familiar golden greenish haired man.

oh no.. why is this man here....

"Greetings it's nice to see you again."

I smiled as politely as i could. As i sat down i noticed another man pouting in the corner of the room facing the wall.

"oh and who..?"

"do not concern yourself. He does not deserve pity."

i squinted my eyes to realize who he was.

"It's that psycho who wouldn't let me go!"

I wanted to go over and slap him a new face, but i didn't wanna hear his creepy voice.

The man in the chair stared at me blankly wondering what i had meant.

"oh excuse my behavior.. Thank you for helping me.. what can I do for you?"

"please refuse the marriage proposal that has been sent without my knowledge almost a fortnight ago..."

The man in front of me... his scars were visible and you could tell he was very uncomfortable as i peered at him.

"hmm are you sure? You are a very attractive man...but if thats what you want. Just tell me what the request looked like and your name and ill get right to it."

His face visibly scrunched up like he heard something absurd.

"Im sorry but...I...don't...know your name...they just kept saying important guest..."

I could feel my face turning red and my ears burned.

his eye widened slightly

"My name is Xelious Crom Bellos."

he cleared his throat and tried to sit up straight but his body was fairly large and the chair he chose to sit in was not suited for his build.

"Please. sit in the lounge chair near you."

I gestured apologetically for his situation.

He seemed a little stunned at the gesture.

"Are you okay...you seem to be startled...easily..?"

Once he relaxed he couldn't seem to make eye contact with me.

"...I'm very confused...as to how kind your being...(clears throat).."

This poor man...it was cute but sad the way his eyes shifted away..

He seemed so strong and decisive when i met him near the detached home..in the garden.. He's not unattractive if anything the scars an burns give him a strong protector vibe..

we spent some time not speaking

"If..the marriage is all you want to cancel...then don't worry...I'll do my best to help you.."

He gave a simple nod and excused himself. walking straight to the psycho in the corner who was still lifeless. "let us go." he said as he proceeded to drag him out the the back of the collar.

"whyyyy this was such a good marriage!" he sniffled as he disappeared out the door.

"mmm He's not a bad marriage partner...too bad he has that big beluga stuck to him...."

That night I didn't get to meet with Tella. Shortly after Xelious had left Centi rushed in to ask if everything was alright.

I didn't want to make a fuss...she would be leaving...and I...will take her place...

A month after she disappeared with louis I finally figured out how to invite people to the residence... and i needed to keep my goal in mind!

"First thing first! I need to make friends!"

"Grandpa marllow? May i ask of you a favor?"

"I suppose so young madam."

Grandpa marllow wasn't actually old he was my body gaurd, but He had just been married so many times that i felt like he was ancient. He was in his mid-thirties long lavender hair and sea foam green eyes, he may be okay looking but that curly cue mustache made it seem like he was in his late- fifties instead.. it had a lot of silver flecks.

I sent him out to deliver the letters I worked hard on. I invited three random young ladies on marllows' suggestion and 2 young men as well as Tella to a mixer party.

I'd be holding it in the middle of the garden near the firey peonys.

The garden and the detached house had become my sanctuary. All my worldly possessions that didn't belong to centi's family were safely hidden there. I made sure to fire proof everything i could with marllows help.

I could sing all I wanted with no one to jump out and scare me! sometimes a guard or two would venture to listen for a bit but never inquired on why everything i sang was sad or angry.

Everyday I woke up in that strange room I would look around for my old clothes and junk food I'd stashed... only to realize they didn't exist anymore... I could occasionally enjoy them from the few snack i had packed in my luggage I ran off with months back... I missed my old world... but returning...I don't think i would without finding someone of the tribe louis was a part of...and... I don't want them falling in love with me or any other way... the guilt would keep me here... I know i didn't have much over there...and i can accept that... I didn't even have friends and my family was always gone... I hated it...but...

Tears suddenly fell onto my night gown... and i knew it'd be awhile before they'd stop...

"My lady..."

Marllow always seemed to know when i needed someone to talk to... I'm not even sure how many times he's caught me crying.

"I do appreciate everything you do for me Sir Marllow..." i'd say everyday he wouldn't judge me for how i was.

"my lady the preparations for the mixer you wanted are almost complete and the event will be held this weekend as planned."

I smiled like crazy. Finally after months of having to wait I was finally going to make new friends!
