13 Love In The Moonlight

"Hae Min, can you keep this for a week? I don't know where to put it. My jewelry box is full." Hae Min answered with a nod. It's no big deal. It's just keeping her sister's jewelry. She put it inside her pocket. Eunji smiled and waved her hands good bye to Hae Min.

"Hae Hae! Can you please keep this hair pin?" Shiwoo showed up holding an expensive hair pin. She answered with a nod. "Thank you!"

"I have given it to her. She accepted it without doubting me!" Ainsley smiled, as if she won something big. "How can she not trust you?" Hae Min has a big, soft heart. She can trust anyone easily. "Do not ask me." Ainsley scoffed.

Hae Min is humming while walking around. "Hey, Yoon Yoon!" She tapped his injured shoulder unintentionally. "Ah... I'm sorry!" She formed her two litte fingers to 'V' sign. "Peace."

"Hae. If I were to confess to you, would you accept me?" Hae Min laughed, as if what he said was a joke. "Are you crazy? Why would I not accept you? You're the best."

"I will only tell you this once. Hae, did you know that when we were still a little kid.. my day can not be completed if I did not have the chance to annoy you? When you I turned eleven, which is one day before your birthday... I realized that, I like you. On your eleventh birthday, I gave you a jewelry with our names engraved on it. I said sorry a couple of times until we got so close and used to each other's company... I... Hae, I, Kang Yoonwoo, admit that I have fallen in love with Lee Hae Min, the stubborn princess."

Hae Min could not digest what she heard. "Can you repeat it?" Yoonwoo gave her a deadly glare. "I told you, I will only say it once." She laughed, she did not know that he will take it seriously. "I was joking!"

"Later, at night. Meet me, you will know my response." She waved her hands good bye to Yoonwoo with a mocking smile plastered on her face.

Yoonwo's lips curved upwards. "This litte girl is such a tease." He shook his head with a smile. Why do he like her, anyway?

Evening came. Hae Min is busy preparing herself. She stared at her reflection on the mirror. She is wearing a mint green hanbok and her hair are not tied.

Still she could not forget what Yoonwoo had told her.

She can not deny that there were butterflies on her stomach when Yobonwoo was confessing his feelings to her.

"Stubborn, Hae. Are you really going to tell him about how you feel?" She asked herself. She made a duck face and then smiled. "Why would I not?" She sighed, she wants to! But she's too shy to tell him!

"You told him! Now, you have to tell him! Such a stubborn princess!" She exclaimed. Why is she even talking to herself? She looks dumb. "Fine, fine! I will tell him. Just get your sh-t together, Hae Min! You can do this!" She clenched her fist. "Fighting!"

"Your highness, the sixth prince has arrived." The servant reminded her. "Oh!" She ran her way down. "Let's go to the lake." They walked... holding each other's hand. This moment is priceless! 'I wish all my problem will disappear, and Yoonwoo and I will stay like this...' Hae Min bit her lower lip, preventing herself from sighing.

They sat on the boat. No one bothered to talk. After a moment, Hae Min can no longer resist the silence. "I found you quite amusing, nice and true to yourself. You know your rights. There are times when I can not myself from thinking about your day. My day will never be complete withour you. When you left for four days, I went crazy. Then... you showed up on my birthday. It was like the best birthday gift. Your hugs are warm, your stares can melt me! And I want to melt because of your hugs and star---"

Hae Min stopped speaking when she heard the footsteps on its way to the lake. It was the guards... what happened?

"Lee Hae Min, you were accused of stealing."
