His Happiness

Not too long after, they arrived home. Vionna had a sad look on with her face down while walking behind Mia and jasmine into the kitchen.

"Good afternoon young Master." Mia and jasmine greeted simultaneously, making Vionna's eyes widen in terror.

Fortunately when she looked up she sighed in relief, because it was Zeke and not who she was expecting it to be.

"Good Afternoon Young Master." She hurriedly greeted too.

"Errmmm mhmm. Afternoon." Zeke replied after clearing his throat and immediately left them in the kitchen with Tania.

He was acting weird when they greeted ten seconds ago, and it didn't escape their eyes. Their eyes trailed him till he evacuated the kitchen.

"Was the Young Master looking for something?" Mia asked Tania who immediately denied before the question could land.

"Then what was he doing in the kitchen? Or did come to get something?" Mia asked again trying to reason what just happened.

"No" Tania replied in a weak tone.

"Oh oka...."

"But why was he Infront of you and you were against the counter?" Jasmine quickly rushed to ask before Mia could finish her response.

"Huh?!!!" The dish which she held fell onto the ground and ruined into pieces.

"Tania!!" Vionna and the rest of them immediately rushed to her when they saw that the broken dish had grazed her skin a little.

"Why didn't you hold it properly, look what you have done now." Vionna bawled as she grabbed Tania's hand trying to ease the blood from trickling out.

"I'm sorry." Tania mumbled.

Mia stepped forward and tore a piece of her dress. She tired it securely around Tania's hurt finger. "Always be careful." She advised after tugging in it in properly.

"Is it hurting?" Jasmine carefully asked with a not so pleasant expression.

"No I'm okay." Tania replied with relaxity, grateful that they had forgotten what happened earlier. Truthfully it was a good thing she pushed him away on time. She breath out inaudibly. A sign of pur relief on her face.

"Leave it, I'll do it go get your wound treated." Vionna uttered, Moving Tania aside and walking over to continue from where she stopped in cleaning the dishes.

"Thank yo...." Tania mused but covered her mouth when she got the eye from Vionna. She remembered the incident of last time and giggled before going out to treat her wound then Mia and Jas got the things the purchased in the market today into their supposed positions.

The were some few minutes of silence before Vionna decided to speak up. "I'm sorry." She quipped in a rejected tone. Nothing she got in reply, they were still silent only jas made an attempt to turn wordlessly.

Vionna quickly dropped the plates in to the shank and turn around.

"Mia!"

"What?"

"I said I'm sorry." she jeered.

"Look Vionna, what you did there wasn't appropriate!. You would have just kept silent, you know you were wrong. Worst of all she is from an elite family, what if you got in trouble for what you caused out there!!!" Mia cautioned her.

Vionna's mood turned sour when she was being reprimanded by Mia. She knew that what she did was not the right thing. That's why she sometimes hates herself for her clumsiness, it just lands her in trouble all the time.

"I will be more careful next time." She whispered dejectedly.

Jasmine just stood aside watching the drama going on, but honestly she felt bad for Vionna because Mia is hard to please when she gets angry, moreover if anything would have happened, she would have been the one to be blamed, it's her responsibility.

"It's Okay, just don't do that next time." Mia spoke after some seconds.

"I won't I promise." Vionna was happy that she was forgiven this time for her mistake, no one had to tell her that the won't be any second chance.

She smiled brightly before going back to doing the dishes.

Jasmine offered her a smile too while Mia still kept her stern face.

"Urghh mother why did you ask me to meet you here. I had to pass by that filthy market because the road was blocked."

"Stop ranting you brat and have a seat." Sara chimed her.

"What's so important that you had insisted I came now." Stephanie grumbled.

"If you don't want to hear about your fiance then you can leave." Sara said while sipping her drink, hiding a smirk behind her glass.

"My fi....Wait what?!!!." Stephanie instantly pulled a sit and sat opposite her mother Sara.

"What do you mean mom? Did he?" She asked expectantly.

"We are not quite sure sweety. But His Dad reached out to your Dad earlier. He said he has already informed him about the arrangements."

"And what did he say? what did he say?!" Stephanie was do excited she couldn't hold her happiness.

"He didn't say anything....but! Mrs Liu assured us that everything will be alright."

Stephanie's jubilating expression started to falter when she heard this. "You mean nothing at all?"

"Yes but Mrs Liu said we don't have to worry sweety, everything will be fine, don't stress yourself about this issue, be calm." Sara convinced her with a victorious smile.

"Mrs Liu also is aware of this?"

"Of course yes! why won't she be? This is the happiness of her son we are talking about. You are his happiness my darling." Sara laughed out loud after what she just said.

"You are sure Mom?" Stephanie asked unsure.

"Of course dear." Sara smiled convincly.

"Ok mom, I can't wait." Stephanie replied, she breathed in and out. She believed what her mother just said. That she is his happiness, even with the fact that he still avoids her till now, she doesn't care. She will give all she has to make him hers.

She smiled lecherously at her thoughts.
