strange feelings

YAN RU YI

The show was quickly cut off by the security men who were keeping an eye on the audience and there were so many people making a fuss about me getting Ye Ling role . It was more like her fans were attacking me . For a moment I stood up staring at myself through my mind . Wondering when will I ever get rid of my jinxed life . I'm always a mess no matter what??? The way other people who stare at me was as if I was a sorcerer . I was just despised for no reason . The only person who loved me genuinely was Feifei and with my mom I wasn't sure now because of her behavior towards me.

I closed my eyes trying hard to stop the tears of pain in front of people. I have endured worst than this all I have to do is to be adaptive. Somehow the burden on my shoulders made feel exhausted. As I opened my eyes looking back at the angry fans tears blur my vision.

Why does it look like everyone hates me. Many were trying to fight their way to me . Suddenly everyone stopped looking at my direction so was Tryna.

There was a sudden scream from the audience ....

" wooow our idol ...our goddess ..!!!!

That's when I turned around to that direction to see miss Ye Ling like always she stuns people by her angelic appearance... So petite with wide hips, lovable and refined like a fairy from heaven . She was wearing a simple summer dress.

Tryna: Ye Ling

Ling: I'm here to join the show ( she said with serious clearly showing her disappointment in Tryna.. Who was now looking shy for no reason )

Automatically people calmed getting back on their sits. She had that powerful authorising voice. She brazed at me with a smile and sat besides me . The room fell quite as if a goddess has just paid a visit and everyone wanted to hear out to her commandment .

Ling: I think you heard the rumor in a wrong way or you didn't give Ruyi the chance to explain herself ( she said looking at the audience who were all smiling ear t ear like hypnotized souls , Ruyi nervously started rubbing both her hands on her ankles ....she looked so scared and sore at the same time)

Tryna: what are you doing Ling you know supporting this low life girl will taint your name ( she whispered trying to stop her from speaking out the truth)

Ling: let me see about that then ,( she looked back at the audience) I was the one who actually begged Ruyi to take my role ...actually from the beginning it was meant for her ( Ruyi looked at Ling with tears wondering why she put so much efforts to make her happy . She felt so unworthy of it , she was like a guardian Angel since the first day they met)

Everyone exchanged looks in disbelief. Even I was dumbfounded by her humbleness. She didn't care about her self esteem at all .

Tryna : so do you think she will slay the role? ( she asked giving Ruyi a mocking look)

Ling: positively, ( she paused giving Ruyi a gentle smile) from today on wards Ruyi is like a young sister to me I will take respective measures if anyone in the acting industry tries to take her down by spreading headless melons, even if you are a famous journalist I have my own to deal with you ( she throw sharp daggers at Tryna who just looked down defenselessly)

She stood up looking down at me.

Ling: let's go ,,

I nod quietly following behind her ..I could hear whispers from behind . We caught up with Feifei who gazing at Ling as if she just saw a goddess descending on earth .

Feifei: you were great ( she whispered to me as we headed to Ling's car ...she stopped looking at us)

Me: thank you for today miss..sister Ling ( she said with a bow )

Ling: as we sisters it's our duties to take care of each other ...don't worry no one will harm you anymore... I have some work to attend on ..( she said with an apologetic look when she checked at her wrist watch ...she got in the car ....Ruyi waved at her)

Feifei: I don't know why but it seems like whenever you with Ling your bad luck seems too be shadowed ( she said thoughtfully)

Me: even I'm surprised ( she said in daze ) sometimes I just feel like I'm incompatible to her elegance no matter how hard I try to match her energy ( she said absent mindedly )

Feifei: low self esteem ey ...( she said patting Ruyi's shoulders )

We took a taxi back to the manor we were staying . I had a lot twirling in my mind . I tried trying to get in touch with my mom however she wasn't picking on me till I gave up .

I lay down on my bed blindly looking at the ceiling . I had this kind of disturbing feeling inside me . My intuition were telling me that something was off here but didn't know what exactly it was.

I headed to the open window ...my eyes landed on a tall well built figure walking in the garden with two bodyguards behind . His sleek long hair hung to his shoulders . From afar I could sense this hidden strange power inside him.

Who is that?? Aren't we staying alone here . It was just a second when I turned away trying to think the next no one was there .

Voice: what are you doing?

I quickly moved away from the window ...it was Feifei who had two glasses of wine in her hands .

Me: nothing just eyeing the beautiful scenery of the garden ( she said quickly as she chug down the wine,)

Feifei: you don't look well ....is something bothering you ( she asked giving Ruyi a scrutinizing look)

Me: honestly I'm not ...like I don't know what's going on with me at all ( she said throwing herself on the couch her hands on her tussled hair. ) my mom isn't picking up my calls ....what occurred at the event... Everything just makes me sick and this p_( she quickly cut herself off... She wasn't sure f it was the right time to spill it to her ,,, )

I looked at her and took a deep sigh

Feifei: it's my fault , I think I should have discussed this with you before changing the city ( she said with guilty eyes)

She sat down besides . Suddenly she received a call . I saw her hands shaking uncontrollably . Her face turned pale . She ran to the open window and quickly closed it. She started pacing around like she was trying to figure out what to do .

The phone kept ringing .

Me: who it that?? ( she questioned her friend who looked terrified as if the Devil has just knocked on.her doorstep)

She didn't respond ...the phone kept ringing till she gave in.

Feifei: I did what you asked me to do why you still tailing me like this. I told I have no idea who did that to you ... I was on my way to meet someone ...

Voice: you have to prove it by doing one job for me I can see you good at performing ...( he said with a deep voice)

Feifei: I'm not going to involve myself with people like you ( she said with a shrieking voice ...)

Voice: oh really ...you have all the time you need to decide.... I can see you have a pretty friend and she seems interested in me ....she was eyeing me through the window,, ( the voice said with a chuckle)

Feifei started looking around in fear

Feifei: w.where are you ??? Are you spying on me?? ( she said with a stutter)

It seems like the man hung up . Feifei tried to call back on him he was unreachable .

Me: are you going to tell me what exactly is going on here??

Feifei: will you stop being nosy for a second ...stay indoors ...( she said withy an acidic tone as she walked away )

I was left dumbfounded and in daze as well . It was the first time she talked to me in this manner . Something was bothering her and it seemed like she was being blackmailed . Now I'm certain Feifei is hiding things from me and someone is blackmailing her .

Oh my God!! Everything happening I'm sure wants ne to lose my mind .

Suddenly I felt something moving inside my stomach . I felt a great need of Jung .It seemed like that thing awakened a great yearn and longing for him. I wanted a cold shower right away .

I ran into the showed trying to cool all those kind of frenzy feelings with cold water . It wasn't working at all . What's happening with me ey???

I wore a simple flair dress which showed off too much skin . I felt so hot. What kind of a strange feeling is that. I said thoughtfully looking at myself at the mirror. I noticed my nipples were poking on the outside of my dress so hard and sharp that they would cut anything. My body is instantly changing ...

Suddenly I felt a huge need to eat something . I walked into the kitchen and baked some pancakes .

Time was fleeting like crazy and Feifei didn't even visited me . I couldn't check on her since she asked to stay indoors .

Suddenly there was a knock on the day . I thought it was feifei and ran to open it . Lucas fell in my arms . He was wounded on his right arm and was bleeding profusely . I quickly shut the door behind pulling him more inside . What happened to him again?

The room which had light suddenly turned dark .

Lucas: sssssh ,

He suddenly took me in the bathroom and closed the door . I had my back on the door and he had his body pressed on mine his hand covering my mouth stopping me from muttering a single word .

I had my eyes popped out in shock and fear . I knew those people who once looked for him were the one hunting him down again . Suddenly I felt his dark warm Phoenix like demon wings hugging me protectively. His cool breath was brushing the skin of my neck . I felt hot immediately .

Voice: Lucas!! What kind of trick you using to conceal your evil breath huh!! How is this even possible... It's fine you escaped again ..but will find you soon ( a baritone voice shouted. ..suddenly the darkness disappeared and was replaced with light )

Our eyes met..

Lucas: why did you move out of the city without telling me? Do you know how hard it was for me to track you down ...( he said with fire fire in his eyes
