Chapter 25

　　Madelyn's POV:

　　Despite the fact that my mind was wandering, Khloe and I stayed in Boracay for a few more days. I'm not sure why I let something happen to the two of us. I was drunk, but I admit that I miss him and his touch. When I close my eyes and gaze in the mirror, the pain in the middle of my thigh remains, but it will subside.

　　I need to keep my distance from him; it won't be pleasant. What will they say if they find out we are still seeing each other, especially while he is married? I'm at a loss for words, and my head hurts from overthinking. I exhaled deeply and silently exited the restroom.

　　Even though Khloe was already asleep and I could hear her little snoring, it was 9 p.m. and I still couldn't sleep. Before he was by my side, I grinned and felt at ease. When she's there, when I see her gorgeous grin every time I wake up, all the exhaustion I've been feeling vanishes.
