Guilt

Ragna rushes to Siv and caresses her back as she takes deep breaths. Erico walks to Hakon, who is still lying on the floor, and helps Gary pull him to his feet. The man just glares at Siv with a mixture of hatred, fear, and anger.

"I am not the only one who wants her dead. Good luck protecting her from all the brothers." Hakon tells Gary without looking away from Siv.

"Is that so?" Gary says with a chilling voice. "Then we have to make an example out of you." The man finally looks at his captain.

"Why are you protecting her? Brotherhood comes before topaz, didn't you always say that? Didn't you call Eluf brother, too?" Hakon reproaches Gary.

"Ragna, take her to my chambers." Gary orders calmly, ignoring Hakon's rebukes. He shoves the big man out of the doorless room. "I will be right back." He tells Siv before the three men disappear.
