Chapter 427: Unsuccessful Inquiry
The two glanced outside, Ethan Carter had gone to pursue Susan Hawk and it was unclear when he'd be back.
Charlotte Cooper was slightly hesitant, unsure whether to wait for them or not.
"There's no need to wait for them. Let's just have our meal." Henry Russell motioned to Charlotte to sit down.
Charlotte shot him a look, slightly angered, "Look at what sort of person Ethan Carter is. He's really infuriating."
"Don't worry about both of them now. Let's quickly finish our food. Don't you have scenes to shoot?" Henry Russell tried to divert Charlotte's attention with the shooting schedule.
Charlotte rolled her eyes, dropped the matter, and the two quickly finished their meal.
Exiting the restaurant, Charlotte checked the time, figuring she should still have enough of it.
"My driver will take you there shortly, don't worry about being late."
Henry Russell, discerning Charlotte's worry, quickly gave an order.
