A laugh escaped Lily's lips. "You know my well Mr. Brown." Lily said in a playful manor. "I'd prefer something casual and homey. But whatever you pick is fine."

"Ok great. I'll text you the address later."

"Sounds good."

"Ok then," Kevin said as he took steps back, retreating to the door. "I look forward to seeing you tonight Lily." And with that he left with a smile painted on his face. Little did he know, that he wasn't the only one smiling.

"Me too Kev." Lily whispered as she watched his car roll away.

Once Kevin left the cafe, he headed straight back to work. There were a handful of meetings lined up and he couldn't wait a second longer to jump into them. The faster he went through the meetings, the faster he would finish.
