Andrew frowned. "What kind of job?"

Nina sighed deeply. "Well, I always hated the media, but guess what? I was hired by them. Carter Media."

Andrew sat on the swivel chair and pulled Nina to sit on his lap.

"Why did you accept it? Are you going to be happy doing what you hate?" He asked while playing the tip of her hair.

She pouted. "No one accepted my application except them. Those on my list rejected me. They just see me as the ex-wife of my soon-to-be husband. A girl who left her husband and came back with a kid."

Andrew chuckled.

"Are you making fun of me? It's not funny! I'm serious." She ranted.

"Hey. I know it's not a joke, but you said ex-wife of your soon-to-be husband. That's funny. You're still my wife. So regardless of what they say, there's only one Mrs.Cross."

She smiled at Andrew's statement. The feeling of annoyance vanished because of her husband. She gave him a kiss on the lips to show her gratitude.
