EPISODE 36

     "Yeah she called asking me to come pick her up" I sent "did you had a fight with her" I asked

"I don't really know but she has been giving me cold shoulders" he replied "please help me find out what's wrong with her" he sent, then I dropped my phone. Seriously I think jollie heart heard something to make her behave like this since that day on the vacation.

As soon as I saw her I knew something was definitely wrong, she entered and started crying then I put my phone on record maybe she would talk I taught, After listening to all she said I was really angry, I sent the record to preston, I really felt like slapping the fuck out of chole, how dear she, she gonna pay no matter what I said to myself.

We got home and I took her to her room since she was still crying she cried all the way home blaming herself for falling in love

"Iris I think I would be going home for a while because I need to clear this shit out of my hand, maybe when I come back I would have completely forgotten all about him" she said crying pretty bad.

Now I really feel like strangling preston and chole, when finally I got to stay with my long lost sister they are making her go away.

"Don't come close to my sister to her again you've hurt her really bad" I sent to him with angry stickers.

  I carefully laid her on the bed and she slept off, I turned off the lights and closed the door because I know she still hasn't slept, she going to wet her pillow all through the night, I couldn't do anything to help so I went back to my room.

"Babe, jollie said she's going back home" I sent "why what happened" he replied, I sent him the whole record

"I warned preston about this but he wouldn't listen" he replied "don't worry she won't leave, she's really hurt that's why she was saying that" he sent

"I just hope so, I don't wan6 her to go" I replied

"Don't worry everything would be fine, but I seriously didn't know jollie already fell for preston this much" be said

"Yeah it's even still shocking to me, I remembered her saying he's a jerk and that she hates him because he's too looking popular" I replied.

We talked for a while longer before I slept off.

                "PRESTON'S POV"

Gosh Jolie's really cold since chole showed up I guess she really doesn't like it when am with other girls, but that's not enough reason to say she was leaving I know something is definitely up, I was looking at my phone waiting for a reply from iris when the phone finally light up it was a message and a voice note, I opened the message first.

"You've hurt my sister don't come close to her again" she sent with angry stickers, I'm now so afraid to open the voice note. I took one deep breath as I opened it, gosh her cries filled my whole ears, And who said am getting married and to that bitch, I tried calling her but it wasn't going through, I kept wondering if what westly told me was really true, no jollie's not like that even if she's hurt she keeps it to herself, I just can't imagine what I can do with her in my life, I sunk into the sofa, am really frustrated I need to get her back one way or the other.

                     "NEXT DAY"

I drove my car straight to iris house, I knocked on the door but iris wouldn't open the door I didn't even care if I was bringing attention to myself I just need to see jollie, but iris wouldn't open the door, finally after so many pleas she let me in, I went straight to jollie's room, I held my breath as I knocked on the door, she taught I was iris so she opened but as soon as she saw me she tried closing the door back but I pushed my way into the room, she tried walking into the bathroom bit I was quick to drag her back.

"Please leave me alone" she shouted, but I wasn't ready to let go

"Preston you're making everything hard for me" she said again

"Jollie please just hear me out" I replied in the most calm voice

"There's nothing to listen to again, you want me to tell me to forget about everything  or what but if you think am holding graduges against you am not you're free to do what you want to" she said

"Jollie plates can you just hear me out" I pleaded again

"You used me, I cared for you, this is how I got rewarded, not that I actually wanted anything from you but it just hurt so bad everything hurt so bad I don't know why it's hurting like this, j taught it was fine because everything I had or am having for you right now are just lies I keep lying to myself, I don't want to continue living like this anymore, am tired of being used" she said looking straight into my eyes, her tears were already forming in her eyes but she was trying hard to hold them backi couldn't say anything.

"Preston please leave, just go away from me" she shouted again

"Jollie am... " I tried saying but she shouted again "leave... " the door opened almost immediately she came in and dragged me out, there were tears in her eyes.

"Preston am so sorry but she's leaving soon, u already talked her not to but her mind is already made up I can't do anything" she said as she cried

"Don't worry I promise to fix this and she won't leave" I said as I cleaned her tears even if I don't know how to fix this am just hoping.

I left there like something left me already, I felt really disorganised, I drove straight to my dad's house as soon as I entered I saw mom and dad sitting in the living room I didn't care to know what they were doing I just had one thing in mind.

"Hope you're happy now after finally ruining my life, the only one thing I cherish most in this life is leaving me, mom thank you so much for finally ruining my life, what have I done to deserve this I only wanted a peaceful and quite like when I finally found it you guys are already driving it away, I begged you guys not to do anything but you wouldn't listen, even when I pleaded with you, am so appreciated thanks very much" I said as I turned to leaving am so confused I entered into the car but I couldn't drive, I laid my head on the steering as my tears dropped non stop.

                "KIMBER'S POV"

  So jollie still didn't listen I taught as preston left the house, mom and dad looked confused like they don't know what was happening, am really angry too I can't believe mom can be this mean, I stood there as I watched them

"I can't believe you guys already planned a wedding for brother, he begged you guys to stop and you mom you told me you liked her but what suddenly changed your mind or you found out she's from a poor background, is that why, she's way cooler than all the other girls you've gotten for preston, she really loved him, she cared for him not because of his money or his looks, she wasn't out for his money like every other girls, because of her preston is already recovering from his illness, you set up the vacation thing but yet you still invited that bitch" I said really hurt "I can't stay here anymore only god knows what you guys might do to me" I said as I wanted to walk away

"Kimber" dad called I stopped

"I don't understand what you're talking about" he said

"Jollie's leaving preston for good she thinks she was used that bitch chole told her lots of things but the most hurtful one was that preston was getting married to her" I said with disgust

"What I already cancelled the wedding plans preston called it off and I like jollie so I cancelled everything and I didn't invite her to the vacation, I was supposed to visit them yesterday but preston told me not to come so I wanted to give them an unexpected visit tomorrow, we just found out Mr leeland is her father, preston, westly, and iris are the only ones aware of this " she said

"What!!! I exclaimed " well jollie is the Lost daughter, have been wondering why he would just give some random stranger a scholarship without anything, it was confusing at first before he finally told us when preston said he was into her, so jollie is his lost princess he has always been talking about...

                 "PRESTON'S POV"

I texted and called her lot's of times but she won't even respond to my text, I sent her countless voice notes but still no reply, I laid on the bed unable to sleep, I kept seeing and hearing her cry face in my head, I pierced around the room, I left mine and entered hers I opened the bedside cupboard I saw the rings I gave her neatly placed together, I picked them up and smotched it, I saw a book on top of the cupboard, I opened the book she wrote so many things I read through them, it was mostly about me  she even said she wished she could call me a shinning armor or her bugerboo(jealous boyfriend) it got to the point where her tears imprinted on her book, it was stuff about me getting married "God I hate every minute I here about that...

         " JOLLIE'S POV NEXT DAY "

I wanted to go to Preston's house but I guess I can't anymore, he's been sending me countless messages and voice notes but I really don't need this now, kai called me and I picked up.

"Hey I said into the phone with a clear voice so he wouldn't suspect a thing " hi"he replied

"Umm can you meet up I'll send you the address" he said and ended the call, he sent the address as soon as the call ended.

I stood up and looked for what to wear since most of my things are still there in Preston's house, I settled for ripped jeans and checkered shirt, j tried my hair in a ponytail, I carried a small portable purse bag, I took a cab and got there In no time, it's really an expensive place I entered into the place, i don't know where he was at so I stood there trying to call him, when he suddenly walked towards me.

I followed him to the table, we sat and he ordered, but I really didn't have an appetite to eat so I just took a few bites.

"Jollie I just want to tell you what's on my mind" he said, I stopped chewing as I bite into my spoon, I really like you and I want you to be my girlfriend "he said

I couldn't look up to meet his eyes, I didn't know what to say either.

" kai we can talk about this later or some other day, I really need to be somewhere already I will be late if I don't go now "I said instead looking at my phone

" jollie I.... "He tried saying

" kai I promise you I would text you am really in an hurry, thanks for the meal anywhere "I said as I stood up.

" I can drop you"he said

"No am fine, I can go by my self, see you around"I said as I quickly left the place, I really don't need any of these now am still trying to recover and now he's saying these" I said to myself.

   I walked into the hotel, I headed straight to yin's office I just want to do this once and for all.

"Ma" I said as I got in, when looked up at me

"I want to resign" I said after a long silence, she looked at me for a while

"Are you sure" she asked and I nodded, she gave me my contract file, I signed in some places she took it and stamped it. I opened the door as my tears dropped, I quickly wiped them up.

I went to the bar tend maybe I could see daniel for a while and maybe the last time.

"Hey" I called "hi pretty" he said looking at me surprised

"I came to say my welfare" I said "hmm, I finally dropped it, I resigned" I said with little difficult in my voice

"Hmm nothing I just don't want to work here anymore, am a student and I taught working here would at least may some of my bills but I can't since I was suspended" I said in a convincing

"I'll miss you" he said "I promise to give you a call okay" I replied with a small smile, I replied as I left the place, I don't want a situation whereby preston would come and meet me here. As I came out my tears kept pouring non stop I don't know why am being like this, I really need to stop all this if I need to move on....
