Chapter 58

Jenny POV

Who was that? Tasha asked.

Alex. He wants me to meet him so see you later l said standing up and leaving the house.

I boarded a Taxi to Grande's groups. I got there and I saw someone outside. It seems the person was waiting for me. She saw me and came to meet me. Her face looked familiar.

Mr Alex sent me to meet you she said.

Okay. Did he say you should tell me anything?

No she said and I followed her. She took me to his office. I know where the office his why did he still even tell her to take me there again.

Blocking those thoughts l entered the office and felt him pushing me towards the wall and pinning my two hands. I looked at him only to see his eyes burning as if ready to explode.

I can't still believe he was near the door all these time waiting for him. What did I do wrong now?

Aren't you going to say anything He said coldly.

Like what l asked innocently because I could see he was ready to tear me into pieces.

You got to the city and you refused to call or even text me about this he said.

So that's why he is angry.

I'm sorry. It didn't cross my mind. A lot of things were on my head that's why l said.

But you didn't forget to buy something for your friend right. That's really good. You played very well he said sarcastically.

I'm sorry.

That's all so you can leave he said and went back to work.

I wanted to stay and apologize till he accept but couldn't because his face could kill someone. But wait how did he know all these maybe his men told him.

Alex POV

Seeing her left l became angry the more. I picked up my phone and called someone.

I'm bringing her tomorrow get ready l said and ended the call.

The next morning l went to Jenny house and she was surprised to see me.

What are you doing here? She asked.

Seems like you forgot what you're to do l said and she kissed my forehead.

Get ready. We are going somewhere today l said.

Okay. Where's the angry face now? I'm not seeing it she asked.

It's still there and you refused to calm me down so you must pay for it l said.

How will I calm you down so l won't pay for it?

I don't know just go and change l said tapping her waist. She went to change and after some minutes l saw her coming out of the gate with a lady too.

When she looked at me, she screamed and was slapping herself.

Al..ex gr..an..de is that you she said.

Umm let me explain. Meet my friend Tasha.

She's a big fan of you that's why she's like this.

Nice to meet you Tasha I said stretching my hand to shake her and she shake it.

Sa..me too. I can't believe you're really the one. Oh my gosh I feel like crying she said.

Don't cry l don't really know how to pet someone if they do l said.

Okay l won't Can I at least take pictures with you she asked and l nodded yes. We took some pictures with her phone and after that I and Jenny got in the car. She waved her friend good bye and the car drove away.

Where are we going to? She asked.

I didn't say anything.

Don't tell me you're still angry? She asked.

I didn't say anything and she didn't talk again. The Lexus packed in the parking lot of Dawins clothing store and we got down.

We were welcomed by the staff and I asked where her boss was. She took us to the tailor room where she was.

Welcome Alex. Jenny could you please come here Miss Dawins said.

Jenny POV

I left Alex side and went to meet the lady. How did she even know my name?

Look through this magazine and tell me what wedding gown you like she said handing it over to me. 

I took it and looked at it. I showed her the one l liked and she wrote something down on her book. 

Stand straight would you? She said taking her measuring tape. I stood straight and she measured me.

I kinda felt angry a little bit with this lady because of the way she talked to me. Maybe..stop thinking.

That's all she said and I went back to meet Alex who was sitting down touching his phone.
