Chapter 32 True Sisters

Renata opened the security door with a fingerprint scan. As she entered, she heard a woman's terrified scream. Looking three meters ahead, she saw Olivia wearing a T-shirt and shorts, with glasses on her face. Olivia held a half-filled glass of water, or to be more precise, half of it was on her shirt.

Renata said, "Why are you screaming in the middle of the night? Aren't you afraid of attracting ghosts?"

Olivia looked at Renata, who was changing shoes with ease, and after a few seconds, she said, "Come here and touch my head. It's still numb!"

Renata took a step forward, unfazed, and replied, "What guilty conscience do you have? Why are you so afraid of ghosts knocking on your door?"

Still startled, Olivia said, "Ghosts know how to knock on doors, but who knew you would come in the middle of the night? I thought you were still in Riverham City."
