CHAPTER 15: WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO TELL ME ABOUT

I assigned Darla, the babysitter for Shan. To look after him when I am sneaking out after dinner. It was just one of my trusted employees' downstairs in my bakeshop that one I always asked favor before.

I cannot ease if I keep leaving my son alone even though we have CCTV attached in our home. It is better to keep him safe. 

Shane asked me to meet him tonight after dinner. He also asked his parents to look for his daughter every time he goes out with me at night.

I have not told my parents about Shane and me yet. They only knew I am dating but never knew who it was.

He already told his parents about us because of his daughter keep on mentioning my name to them. I have not told Shayla about Shane and me too. Maybe I will set some time to her and talk over the phone.

I am already ready to leave and wait for Shane downstairs. He texted me he was waiting for me inside the bakeshop.

"Darla, I am going now just call me if there is a problem, okay?" I spoke.

"Do not worry, Ms. Jane I know what to do." She smiled.

"Thank you." I smiled.

I stepped down the stairs to meet him. We are going to our favorite place like we always do. It never dulls moment whenever we were together.

He got us two cups of coffee on the go. He already ordered it for me.

Our rides to the Mountainview always never took long. He parked our usual spot. We were staring at the stars in the night.

I can feel he was freaking me out. He was peeking on me since he was driving. I do not know why but I can sense that he was trying to tell me something. When I caught him peeking at me, I could not help it but to react.

"Okay, Shane, what's the matter? I can see you keep on glancing at Me." He seems quiet.

I know that look on his face whenever he wants to tell me. He jumped off on the ground and he was now in front of me.

"What is it, Shane? Please talk to me. What's going on with you?" I asked worriedly. "I noticed you when you were inside the car. Tell me what your problem is?"

I heard him sighed and closed his eyes as my hands landed on his both cheeks. Stroking with my thumbs, he opened his eyes looked at me straight in the eyes.

"When are you going to tell me about Shan? My Son...? Our son...?" I caught off guard with his sudden question about Shan.

I know this day will come that he will know the existence of our son Shan. But I did not expect that he will know it by himself before I could tell him the truth. My tears began to fall no words came out from my mouth.

*FLASHBACK*

It has been a month after what happened to me at the beach house. We acted like it never happened because that was it should be.

He will never take me seriously because I am two years younger. We were glancing each other every time we were passing by, not even a smile involved But just looking into each other's eyes whenever we were in school ground.

I never mentioned it to my best friend Shay what happened to me with her brother. I do not know what will be her reaction.

I already had sex before so I am not a virgin if that's what you think. But I was not sexually active after I broke up with my last boyfriend. 

Because I began fallen with my best friend's brother secretly. Even he will not think of me as a girlfriend material. But I was happy whenever he noticed or teased me outside school. 

Plus points that we had sex once. Not in my dreams it could really happen. I thought I was not given a chance to be with him that night.

I should not ask for more but thanking God for the experience that I can input in my memory and save it forever.

I got a text from my paternal cousin two years ahead of me invited me to come along to this party. She was my companion to be in a party even my dad won't allow me to go. However, my close cousin will find a way.

Find something kind of excuses, they all knew that my cousin Clare and I were close. 

I told my dad to be back by midnight since it was weekend. He always reminds me to be careful and not to drink alcohol. I am not still allowed or any juice at the party.

We got there. I wore Peach Ruffled Skirt with Black Scalloped Blouse and Wedge Heels. Dancing at the living room with my cousin's friends almost an hour.

I excused myself, going to the bathroom. I whispered to Clare and she said OKAY. I walked towards the kitchen and found it. I saw some couples making out along the way.

I ignored it and went inside the bathroom for pee. I locked the door for protection from any harm. I know what I heard when you are in the party there are things you need to be alert since I am not yet 18.

I finished my thing and washed my hands. I looked at the mirror to fix myself. I took a deep breath. Before I go back to my cousin and tell her that I will go home first. I feel like I do not want to wait till midnight.

I unlocked the door and I stepped out the bathroom. I saw familiar face when I opened the door.

"Hi!" He said sweetly.

"S-Shane" I said nervously.

"You looked hot tonight." He smiled and grabbed my hand not forcedly. Then we exit at the back door of the kitchen.

I just followed his lead and we were exit the house to his car. He opened the door for me and I get in. I looked as he walked towards the other side.

We did not say a word. I took out my phone from my blouse. I placed it inside my bra because I do not have pocket.

I sent a message to my cousin Clare. She might wonder why I took too long for a pee. We stopped in the park near my house.

"Why are we here?" I asked looking at him.

"What were you thinking, Macy? You barely not 18 yet. But you go to this party." Shane seems a little mad as he reminded me my age.

"I know my limits and beside I was with my cousin. My dad knew about it." I pouted. "This is not my first time Shane and you knew that." I emphasized.

"I am so sorry if I grabbed you out at the party." He apologized. "This is not me actually. Seeing you there dancing with your sexy skirt. I lost control of myself. I should not have done that." He added.

I smiled hearing his explanation and it gives me the courage to do the first move. "I was glad you did that." I smirked and unbuckled the seat belt and leaned quickly to kiss him. It leads to something more like the first time we did at the beach.
