"Oh God Nina, can I go out with you? I want everyone to know that I am your best friend. I will scream it to the world." Vina said dreamily.
Nina chuckled! She had always believed she will get her fame back but what she does not know was the fact that a lot of people out there love this much.
They love she saw online was massive.
"You will forever be my best friend Vina, I will flaunt our friendship in public still, that doesn't describe how much I love you." Nina said Rochas and Vina was her only family before the Xaxin came into her life.
Nina feels she owes Vina her life!
"I am so proud of the woman you are becoming Nina." Derrick said stealing a peck from her.
It means a lot to Nina to see her loved ones proud of her, to see them encouraging her and accepted her just the way she is.
"Thank you Derrick." She said with her cheeks turning red.
"You are welcome baby." Derrick replied with a wink while Nina rolled her eyes earning a chuckle from Derrick.
"You will never change." Nina whispered to herself but Derrick heard it.
"Only with you baby, I will never change anyways. Since you've gotten famous, a lot of things will change. I will assign bodyguards to protect you from the public anytime you want to go out without me."
Nina shook her head not buying what Derrick just said.
"That's not possible Derrick, I can do just fine on my own. I don't need guards or anything that will drag unnecessary attention to me, you know that Derrick."
She quickly objected.
"I can't let any harm come to you, you know how much you mean to me Nina. You are my oxygen."
Derrick added playfully making Nina laugh.
"Nothing will happen to me, stop being pessimistic." Nina said.
"Fine but you promise me one thing, that you will put a call across to me if anything arises."
"I promise." Nina nodded her head.
"Good! Now are you ready?" Derrick smirked and hugged her from behind.
Nina's heart beat raced rapidly, their close proximity was giving her goosebumps.
"R... ready? For what?" She stuttered. Derrick smirked. It's good to know he has effect on her.
Does that mean she's developing feelings for him already?
His heart joyfully danced, he doesn't know how he will feel the day Nina is going to admit that she loves him.
He will do a lot of charity that day!
Meeting her was the best thing that happened to him and getting her to love him will be his best mission!
"Are you ready to become Mrs. Xaxin tomorrow?"
Nina's let out a loud breathe. Thank goodness it wasn't what she was thinking!
"Did you know how many chances you've made our agency lost?" Mr. Jee woo said angrily.
He thought Sintia would represent them so well like she's been doing for the past years.
How did it happen?
If they had known, they could have chosen another model instead of her.
Sintia stood quiet with her head bowed in embarrassment. She's never felt this humiliated before in her life since Nina's comeback.
She so much hate her, even her shadow. Sintia detest everything about Nina so much.
She wish there's anything she can do as payback but is they?
"This was a multimillionaire deal Sintia and now the other model will be picked as their upcoming model, did you know the worth? I am just letting it go because of the relationship I have with your father, I won't take this next time."
Mr. Jee woo was disheartened but he'd have to let it go for the sake of Mr. Micheals. He wouldn't want to sabotage their relationship because of this.
Sintia's manager Damien was just staring,if only this brat will learn how to be respectful. Perhaps luck might come her way.
He's so happy someone dealt with her in a very simple way.
Damien wish the agency would make him a manager to another model instead of Sintia.
She's too proud, egoistic and arrogant.
"You two can leave my office and Damien, you should speak to her. You are her manager and ought to be blamed for everything that happened, you didn't teach her well, if this repeat itself again, you will be fired for good"
Damien groan in displeasure, why will he take the fall for Sintia's doing?
She claims she knows everything and allows no one to correct her.
Now he will get fired if anything happens again? Life is so dynamic!
"The last time I checked, she's your daughter too. Why did you want her fired?" Mr. Brian asked Mr. Micheals who sat across him.
Why will a father hate his own offspring? This is a first to him. Since Nina was still his daughter, he should be happy for anyone who wins.
"I don't have anything to say about that Lin, can you do that for me? Fire her from your agency, that's all I want."
Mr. Micheals said emotionlessly, he doesn't care what becomes of Nina after then.
"I am sorry Micheals, I don't think I can do. Did you know how much this agency got paid from CQ Magazines? About a billion dollars Micheals because endorsing Nina was the best thing that happened to them and you want me to fire such a talented person for no reason?"
Mr. Brian asked. Nina is a great asset to his agency, he's going to make a lot of money out of her.
Mr. Brian is sure other agencies will love to buy her into their own agency and since Nina chose to stay even after her fame, he's very grateful.
Mr. Brian admire that young girl's zeal and ambition. She's strong and firm. A girl who goes for what she wants.
He's planning on giving her another employment of which Nina will teach his young recruited models.
With someone like Nina, he doesn't need to employ anyone else to do the job for him even if it means paying her thrice of her initial salary.
