Misunderstanding

CHAPTER 3

*Tyler's Warehouse*

Jewel woke up to find herself in an unfamiliar place. Many things have been happening so quickly. First, she forgot her memories and now this?

She was tied or should I say chained to a big iron trailer, her legs were also chained to the ground. The ground looks like it is a passage way to the underground but who cares about that? All she could do this moment was to cry out loud.

I never knew you had a beautiful voice like this, she heard a voice say. She lifted her head to see this person. He was a guy in his early twenties

Please, please what did I do to you? She asked in tears.

What you do to me is coming into Sly's life. Even Sly said you are a burden to him so I just wanted to help him kill you. Don't even think he cares for you because he is just pretending.

Jewel stared at him sad. She really do not understand what is going on in her life.

Like she found herself in a Mansion saying she lost her memories and now she has been kidnapped and betrayed. Let her just die instead of all these.

He was about to pull the trigger when they started hearing noises. The guy's eye changed into one of uneasiness as he immediately pull the trigger and the door opened.

Jewel closed her eyes and she saw darkness but she opened her eyes and saw the man on the floor. The bullet shot at her went sideways to the floor as it couldn't penetrate the iron trailer.

Sly has punched the man.

Sly came close and she suddenly felt irritated by the sight of him. He tried to touch her but she moved away. She saw the hurt in his eyes but she ignored it.

Don't touch me! She said and that was when she noticed that that was harsh but she did not care a bit.

He looked at her weakly and she wondered if he was the person that just fought so professionally.

How could he betray her and still pretend that he is innocent?

You betrayer, she said with scorn.

No wonder you are named Sly, green snake under the green grass.

What! He said weakly.

Yep, I already found out, she said.

Who told you all these lies Jewel?

Don't you ever call me that, you would have left me to die instead of coming to save me, ahe said.

Sly almost cried, he wiped the tear at the brim of his eye and he wondered why he felt like crying just because a stranger he rescued insulted him.

Wait! Did he just clean a tear?

Hmph whatever, she thought.

Then he was suddenly hit by a stick on the head.

She looked at the guy who have stood up and he said;

It seems your knight came to save you and you even believed what I said, he said and laughed evilly.

Now time to go to hell or is it heaven? He said.
