Defending The City of Arkansas (2) The First Wave

---Alina's PoV---

The alarm bell rang, and all of the mercenaries and city guards immediately take their positions with their weapons ready.

"Belle! Xena! Good luck!"

"You too, Alina! Play it safe, you hear me?" (Xena)

"Don't do anything stupid like rushing forward alone, okay?" (Belle)

Xena and Belle reminded me as they went to their respective positions. Geez, I'm not a kid, I wouldn't do anything stupid.

"I know!"

"She'll be fine, she's going to be together with us, after all. We'll be watching over her, so make sure you two didn't get hit by any stray arrows up there, you hear me?" The Madam said to ensure my two best friends.

'Well, if the opponent had any archers in their ranks, I guess,' The madam adds under her breath.

But sure, with the Madam and gramps together with me, I doubt I would even get into any dangerous position. I'm more concerned for the goblins instead, the two of them are crazily strong, after all.
