That person is Lee Sangmin the Arrayist Sage. 

No one could possibly have though, that someone who is known to maintain a low profile all of these years had somehow managed to do such a big move.

And his deed?

The mass teleportation of humanity, saving countless lives in the process. 

The Mirror Dimension is the place where puts these people. 

Of course this is a stopgap measure. This mirror dimension could not be sustained forever. 

As for the duration of the Time Limit, even the creator itself, Lee Sangmin don't know. Because he had made it using the characters and these character is extracted from the wishes of the people.

It depends on the will of the people in the mirror dimension and their will. 

It is fueled by their desires, wishes and their hope.
