Chapter 2 Creating My Abilities

*Short Rimuru Pov*

After 90 days of practicing my skills to utmost perfection due to Great Sage's advice on training and familiarising himself with his abundance of skills obtained from various monsters. I discovered Great Sage could communicate in sentences rather than the boring (Yes/No) answers a month before and also could analyse monsters like himself of their skills/magicule levels, potential etc. I decided it was enough training in solitude for 3 months and the group of monsters I lead would be extensively worried about me.

I suddenly had a ominious hunch that something was observing me...

My heart skipped a beat as.... a human with; short jet-black hair smooth as silk, angular features adorning its face, a lean body yet brimming with vigour and crimson eyes that screamed malevolence.....

This was Kami unbeknownst to Rimuru

My arrival to this world wasn't the most pleasant but I should be greatful for Yahweh or whatever his name granting my 3 wishes.

I decide I might as well create my first skill 'Create Skill Appraisal' to observe my current bodies situation.

Muttering in my mind ['Status'] a window pops out of nowhere unsurprisingly that listed just my skills, body ability and name as well as other things etc.

Species - Supreme Devourer Physique

Ability - [Devour(MAX)] , [Skill Creation (MAX)]

[Otherworldly Transmigration] .

"fair enough" chuffed Kami wanted to see the details of his skills so he clicked all three skills which presented explanations on their applications.

Skill Name:

[Devour] - A skill if used can be used to absorb a entity, concept and gain control/abilities/power from it.

[Otherworldly Transmigration] - A Skill that allows the user to travel from any world/universe they wish whether it be fictional or not.

[Skill Creation] - A Skill that allows you to create any skill you wish for.

I also created another skill 'time stop' which as it's name entails can stop time / or stop time on a object preventing it from changing state.

Kami then decided he wanted to know what this 'body' of his looked like and like any man would check his nether region.

He was relieved that his trusty 'member' that he had in his previous life was still accompanying him between his legs since he was of course a moment ago a teenager on Earth. He then gazed at his appearance at the pond and was quite satisfied with his appearance.

Tired of manually adding skills he added different skills he might need in the future.

[Almighty Copy] - Any ability, technique, magic used in the presence of Kami will be used at 150% proficiency. [Passive] (Turned Off)

[Teleport] - able to teleport anywhere the user has been to.

[Treasury] - Similar to Gate Of Babylon except it contains all recorded currency and items that can be taken out at will. You also can store a item sort of like a pocket dimension.

[Bullet time] - (Passive/ can be turned off)

Any attack with hostile intentions will slow users perception to allow user to strategise and perform attacks within suspended time

[Enhance] You can enhance physical strength or enhance magical strength etc without limit

Kami realising that he was quite overpowered decided that he didn't really need anymore abilities in the meantime so he set out to explore this foreign world....
