However, it wasn't simply a matter of whether it was worth it or not; it was the fact that the evil princess wouldn't take no for an answer. She was truly twisted.

Unbeknownst to the people that they were been watched by the higher-ups, they continued to persuade Rhea to let the registrar fondle her.

"So, you all support this, don't you?" Reckless sneered, his aura intimidating the crowd. He turned to the haughty man, then back to Rhea. "What do you think?"

The girl remained silent, her face gloomy, hiding her true thoughts before finally saying chillingly, "I want to break his hand. Can I?"

Reckless blinked, taken aback. Somewhere in his heart, he had expected the girl to submit herself to such humiliation, but unexpectedly, she didn't.

Women like her are what we call queens; they are no less courageous than men, and that changes his opinion of her.

"Did you hear that?" He gave the registrar a calm look, then turned to the masses who were now commending Rhea for not knowing what was good for her.

"Why don't you all come forward and let this man touch you? I'm sure this guy wouldn't mind feeling even an old woman with yellow earth buried up to her neck, am I right?"

The elderly woman who had spoken earlier had her eyes widened, her cheeks flushed as she clutched her heart.

"You... You…" Then her eyes rolled back as she fainted.

Metis, who was watching the scene from the distance giggled, her chest trembling. Her piercing green eyes were filled with interest and amusement as she licked her lips. "I... like him."

The people were simply dumbstruck. They couldn't believe this seemingly ordinary man could have such a foul mouth that could enrage anyone to the point of hysteria.

The old woman was quickly carried away, while the registrar looked at Reckless with disdain.

"Young man, are you having enough fun?" He gritted his teeth and continued hatefully. "Do you really want to protect this chick to the end? Have you thought about it? I can give you the keys, but I can also take them back."

"Oh? But I recall we were brought here by Lady Ethereal herself. Don't tell me she was under your command?"

The registrar's face paled instantly as he stuttered. "Y-You...what nonsense are you spouting? When did I say that?"

"I thought you did. After all, your words should have been spoken by her."

"You…" The registrar's face turned even gloomier, then he snorted. "A foolish person like you isn't worth my attention."

"Then give her the key, and we will take our leave, will you?"

"Very well," the man scoffed and walked behind the desk. He casually took a bunch of keys from the drawer and handed them over, but suddenly, his hand veered in an inappropriate direction.

Reckless reacted in time and grabbed the man's hand, which was just a meter away from reaching Rhea's bosom while she stepped back in shock.

Reckless twisted the man's arm, making him cry out in pain as he cursed. "You c*nt, what are you doing?!"

Reckless casually released him, but the registrar seized the opportunity to punch him with his left hand. Reckless, however, was much faster and evaded the punch, then delivered a powerful kick to the registrar's groin, sending him flying.

Instantly, chaos erupted as the ordinary people, terrified by the dramatic scene which only appeared in movies scrambled back palely.

The registrar could feel every part of himself aching, but that was nothing compared to the hatred in his heart. How dare this young man humiliate him? Where had he put his dignity?

He stood up, a bit wobbly, then managed to stabilize himself and painfully reset the bone of his right arm. The pain was excruciating, and he almost couldn't resist screaming.

He charged at Reckless again, but before he could reach him, he was kicked away once more.

Rhea looked at the young man's profile in awe, a warm and strange feeling seeping into her heart. To have someone stand in front of her, protecting her, was an experience she had never had before, and she cherished the feeling. After all, who would offend a powerful man for the sake of a brief companion? But he did.

She glanced down, unsure of her emotions.

The registrar stood up again, this time with one of his legs bleeding and his clean white shirt dirtied.

"You... If I don't end you today, then I'm not a man," he vowed and was about to charge forward again when a snicker sounded. He looked behind Reckless and saw a woman whose beauty defied description.

The woman was about 180cm tall, her tantalizing body draped in a simple silk dress. Her long green hair cascaded down her back gracefully, her eyes shimmered, and a beautiful smile adorned her lips as she swaggered toward them and stood beside Reckless.

"Little Brother, you are so manly that you've captured my heart," she purred coyly, almost pressing her entire body against Reckless'.

Her words made him stiffen. The way she said it was simply... good god. He never expected a woman like this to exist, the kind that could captivate any man.

He pretended to be calm as he took a step away from her. She was undoubtedly an important figure, just like Lady Ethereal, and he could sense it from her appearance and the shift in the registrar's behavior.

"La-Lady Metis," the registrar stammered.

"Oh?" Metis looked at him, her tone no longer coy but still soft, making one's ears feel a little ticklish. "Ramon, my man, what's going on here?"

Ramon, the registrar, forced a smile and quickly said, "My Lady, I and this young man were sparring. Yes, sparring."

"Really?" She charmingly raised an eyebrow, then squinted her eyes. "But why do I hear words like 'fondle' and 'grab'? Or have I misheard?"

Ramon's face turned ghastly pale, but Metis continued softly, as if she hadn't noticed. "If I heard correctly, why don't you come and grab me? I promise I would make it very, very memorable, hmm?"
