4 Steps towards destiny

On a side road next to a small village, about a hundred kilometers away from the city of Jura, there is a good-looking teenager with a large bag on his back, walking with faltering steps; Steps towards achieving unparalleled success... or death.

With every step he takes forward, Robin revises his decisions and wonders if what he's doing is the right thing, every now and then he would stop for a moment till he finds enough courage to keep his legs moving again, trying his best not to look back...

It was a difficult decision.

Maybe if he had one true friend Or Even a good parental relationship he wouldn't have chosen this path. but this is his destiny and cannot be changed, he can only control what comes next.

And what came next for him was a few dozen years of meditation! For any ordinary young man, this is the definition of the word torment. He found nothing to drive him forward except his firm will, and that nothing was waiting for him even if he returned.

His destination of choice was the Outer Beast Zone, a desolate place about 300 kilometers away from Jura City filled with mountains, swamps, and forests. it wasn't overly vast, but it was a forbidden area for those below the sixth level.

However, it was considerably safe for an energy cultivator at the tenth level, the beasts in it were basically a source of meat for someone of his strength, and the lack of humans in the area made it an ideal place to live secluded for a long time.

After a few more days, the outskirts of the Outer Beast Region appeared in front of him, after hesitating for a few moments, he resolved his heart entered it, and began to search for his home for the coming years. He didn't have high standards in this regard, just a hole in any mountain would do.

But even this took him a few days until he found a big enough cave in a high land. It is true that the cave was the abode of two level 7 grappling bears, but he easily dealt with them and occupied their cave.

...Robin sat in the depths of the cave in a meditation position, directing his gaze to the entrance, thinking... 'What now, Robin? Which path will you search? Maybe.. the star path? No, How is this any different from the paths of natural elements such as wind and water? And is the even a path?!'

At his level, Robin can stay in meditation for a few days without needing food or drink, and that's exactly what he did...

It was only after six days when his stomach started making noise that he finally decided to move, 'Well, I can't discover paths and change the world on an empty stomach '

So he went and took large pieces of the bear meat that he had dried earlier and took it towards the entrance of the cave, made a fire, and sat down to roast his first good meal in days... But even while eating, he did not stop thinking for a moment about his next goal.

The days passed quickly-- Quickly Robin found that he had been in the cave for over a month

It turned out that the vast cave that was accommodating the family of grappling bears was coveted by all the beasts in the area, who had already advanced more than once trying to take the cave for themselves after the scent of the bears had disappeared... But they learned the hard way that the cave had become more elusive than ever before.

Robin did not know whether to cry or laugh in such situations... Although he was the one who left the Burton family himself and decided to come here and rely on himself until he reached his goal, he is still the same boy who enjoyed the integrity and peace that Jura City provided for him!

Just a month ago, he was enjoying peace in his private room, with no one approaching him except for the servants who put food in front of the door and then left quietly, but now all his visitors are beasts who want to devour him! ...Except they end up as food too, so the delivery of food to his door steps hasn't changed much at this point.

After a month had passed, the visits of beasts to his cave decreased significantly, and the time he devoted to meditation doubled. Finally, the effects of his choice of this place began to appear clearly, as it has a constant supply of food and relative calm away from human eyes!

...However, the calmness and peace he had hoped for did not last long.

On the 33rd day of Robin's arrival at the cave, he heard a scream: "ARGHH, HELP!!" The sound suggested that it was coming from afar, but it seemed that the owner of that voice was rapidly approaching the cave

"Don't give up, Frankie!"

"NOOO!! That thing really ate Fowler!! I don't want to get eaten!!!"

Robin tried to restrain himself in every way not to go out and see what was going on because well, it was very clear. There are two or three males being pursued by a beast... But what does he have to do with that?

This is the Outer Beast Zone and there are a lot of warnings before entering it. Whoever enters it must take responsibility, right?

"...ARGHHH!!"

It didn't take more than two seconds before Robin twitched and rushed toward the voices.

---------------

It's been a few months since Robin arrived in the Outer Beast Zone--

"Thank you, sir!"

"You gave me a new life, I will be forever indebted to you!!"

A few strong-looking men, their bodies full of wounds and blood, bowed towards a young man whose hair had not yet appeared on his face, then turned around and left, leaning on each other.

This was the number nine group that Robin saved since he came to the outer beast zone!

After each time he says to himself, 'This is the last time' or 'I will not concern myself with anything that happens around me again', whenever he hears a human voice screaming, it proves that this is impossible...

He came to the Outer Beast Zone to distance himself from people and live in seclusion to meditate on the heavenly laws and take steps toward his own glory, but somehow he became the unpaid hero of the region instead!
