after selecting 4th option, I check mall and buy alliance token for 40,000 points, policy list 20,000 point and 20,000 for summoning token

Seciond condition is to alliance members cannot join other alliance if not allowed by others. third is alliance members can do buissness in alliance mall. fourth is point is if alliance members comes to fight or close to each other they will let thier hero fight, hero match will be goes to life and death match member can surrender between match victory will take territory of other loser can chose to become ranger or join under any aliance member fifth point if someone break condition he will be need to pay half of points for future two years, sixth point if someone want to withraw from alliance he will need to pay comensatation which will change by time, seveenth point in future condition can be change by alliance by votes of alliance. eigth point noone can talk about inner chat to outsider. Advantage of joining alliance is telling how to go throw in difficult sitution and how to defence when attacking situtation members will got help from other members if needed, rally can be done in the future
