After a while, he lost interest in his new look and started to look at his new skills with aww.
Not awakening meant he was never taught about skills of class skills but from his understanding, unholy empowerment and unique existence were race skills.
He didn't know where the overs came from and as for class skills only leveling up or skill books were the only way to get class skills.
Standing by the water he heard a sound coming from the opposite side of the cave.
He ducked down and looked across the lake seeing 3 green creatures two armed with swords and one with a spear.

He started to think he knew he didn't see or heard any creatures before, so the only conclusion is there was an exit or another cave out.
Jax "how the hell do I cast spells"
He tried multiple times and eventually learned to cast spells summoning a skeleton in Infront of him.
Taking so long to cast the spell the 3 goblins had noticed him and made their way closer.
Finely taking notice of the 3 goblins, he ordered the skeleton to charge at them.
The goblins are shocked by the new creature they haven't seen before but quickly get over it and start attacking the skeleton.
Jax took the time to summon 3 undead crows to help the skeleton.
The goblins were occupied with the undead as he was watching finding a point to help.
A crow had attacked the goblin's face and fell over trying to take this opportunity he went to attack with a rock he found.
But before he got the killing blow
"Whack"
He felt a hit to the back of the head stumbling over he looked over to see a 4th goblin probably attracted to the fighting.
Blood dripped from his head as he backed away.
Spotting a sword on the ground from one of the goblins as he picked it up his bracelet consumed, it and morphed into a crimson sword.
Now he stood before 2 goblins one injured and another not as for the over 2 the skeleton and the crows
2 goblins 1 with a cut down on one of its eyes and another with a club.
He was panicking his howl life he never fought back and never tried to oppose anyone.
Frozen in place he couldn't move as much as he tried.
Jax 'is this how I die is this the end after everything I've gone through?
In that cave through the battle, a sound could be heard
"snap"
Something deep down inside of him broke shattered and disintegrated.
Jax 'I REFUSE TO DIE'
He stood tall with his sword in hand with a soul set a flame.
A shiver ran down the spines of all the goblins.
Jax walked towards the goblins with no fear on his face just contempt.
The injured goblin fell back out of fear.
Taking this chance Jax slashed at the armed goblin.
"bam"
The club in its hands went flying and knocked the goblin back.
"slash"
With a final blow the goblin was cleaved in two.

The second goblin was so scared it tried to run away but it felt a tug on its leg.
As the goblin looked down it sore a bandage wrapped around its leg.
Before it could even try to get it off.

The crimson sword went through its skull.

He looked at the new skill with an interest he touched a goblin corpse and it started to dehydrate.
The pain in his head faded and the blood started to clot.
After absorbing the over 3 goblins it fully healed.
He started to relish his newfound power when he saw a crow picking at the corpse and pulling out a green gem.
Jax walked over with intrigue as the crow landed on his arm and dropped the gem in his hand.

Jax walked back to the water and looked into the lake again.
At the bottom of the lake was a white shard something he spotted earlier.
He dived down and grabbed the shard and climbed out of the lake.

The skeleton didn't look any different apart from light in its eye a blue flame.
He now had a named summon of a single skill he could only get a single named summon for all his skills and I required a soul shard to do so.
He remembered something about his skill heart of Asmodeus it allowed him to craft soul shards with souls.
But it never said how many shards he needed.

He had a long way to go to get that many souls he also had more uses for souls like upgrading spells and skills.
He searched around the cave looking for anything useful and found a blue crystal.

He tried picking it up to no avail.
When in doubt use brute force.

He swung the crimson sword and the crystal popped off.
