Chapter 90 - Sealed Origin Effects

Axel took a deep breath and started to move through the city without thinking too much. He was feeling great and powerful. Also, seeing others and other people who had nothing to do with Nen's world made him more conscious of his process and improvements.

These things may appear unimportant, but in the end, they are important for people who want to live a calm and mundane life, which is best for many people.

Finally, not everyone is destined to be a hunter or a nen user in order to achieve various goals in life.Axel sees nobody as low-value because of their purpose; the hunter exam exists for a reason; it needs to be important and hard enough so that people who have no real faith and no real intention to be hunters, as well as not having the means for it, such as strength and willpower, can be weeded out.

Axel entered a simple coffee shop, and a middle-aged woman with black hair and kind features smiled at him as she started to speak.

"Hello, mister, what can I get for you, do you want it delivered or will you drink it here?"

Axel smiled at the woman and could not help but remember the times that he went to the coffee shop on Earth when he was living there. From the moment that he started thinking about his old life back on Earth, his soul seemed to scream, and his mind kept sending him the signals of pain. Axel immediately recognized the source of his pain.

"It is because of my third ability, Sealed Origin, that it takes the reminiscent thoughts surfacing in my head as the will to go back to Earth, and it clashes with the wow of the ability."

"Nen is really something."

Axel took a deep breath and ordered himself a simple black coffee.

After taking his coffee and paying with his card, he started to walk and found a great park to sit down in for a moment as he observed.

Axel walked through the busy streets of York New City, observing the lives of ordinary people going about their day. He saw families out for a walk, parents holding hands with their children, and teenagers hanging out with their friends. He noticed a young couple sitting on a park bench, laughing and enjoying each other's company.

Axel watched as a group of friends played basketball on a nearby court, cheering each other on as they made shots. He saw a group of people eating together at a restaurant, chatting and enjoying their meals.

As he continued walking, Axel also saw the struggles of ordinary people. He noticed a homeless man begging for change on the corner and an elderly woman struggling to carry her groceries. He saw a man arguing with his wife on the phone and a teenager crying on a bench, likely dealing with personal issues.

Despite the struggles, Axel noticed the resilience of the people of York, York New City. They continued to push through their problems and enjoy the simple moments in life. He couldn't help but think about the stark contrast between his life and theirs. While he had the power and wealth to do almost anything he wanted, these ordinary people had to work hard for everything they had.
