54 Chapter 54

" Yami kun, let's meet again later then.. " Yami waved his hand at Asuma and Kurenai with a concealed disappointment in his eyes.

They talked for few minutes and he could tell that they were feeling awkward with him.. Yami managed to guess that they must be feeling inferior or whatever to him. He sighed and chose to forget about it because it's not like he needed false friendship anyway.

To clear his mood Yami wrote a letter and sent it to Tsunade using reverse summoning. He was expecting an answer soon but a jonin came before that and told him to head towards the main meeting tent. Yami grumbled for a while and went there.

Orochimaru assigned a team mission to eliminate or repel the enemy forces who were after their supply bases. Yami had expected this to happen because they were alerted by his intel beforehand and must have managed to search some trail of the enemies. After all when moving in a large group, it was close to impossible to hide all their tracks. Especially if the other party were aware of them already and searched with utmost focus.

There were seven supply bases of this camp located in various locations near the border. So Orochimaru formed one team and divided it into eight parts. Seven parts would head to once location each and the last one would serve as swift reinforcement team.

Hizashi Hyuga was assigned as the main commander of this operation. He would lead team 1 while Yami would lead team 7.

Yami's team consisted of four other members. Yamanaka Toshio , Uchiha Fubuki , Mori Daisuke and Mori Jin.

Five of them were normal jonins but Orochimaru had more faith in Yami while others also showed no dissatisfaction with this decision because Yami was famous, powerful etc.. and now everyone in the camp knew it.

" Fubuki san, I will count on you to lead the team when I have my hands full. Nice to meet you everyone.. "

Fubuki was a 32 year old lady but she was experienced Uchiha so Yami directly chose her as vice captain. In fact he would give her his position of captain if he did not need it to move more freely.

" Thank you Yami kun. I will try my best.. You are really outstanding as the rumours and very polite person. It's hard to believe that you are only nine years old right now... "

Yami could not help but blush a little because this black hair lady was stunning. Here face was average but her body was well toned and most importantly she had big ass and boobs which were his type. Yami had no idea before that Uchiha clan had so many kunoichi in their ranks and most importantly they were all beautiful.

" Ahem.. let's move already as this mission should not take long to complete. "

Yami avoided her gaze but showed other members a neutral but confident gaze. Five of them departed immediately and headed towards Chuzo village.

It was located about fifty kilometers away from the base camp and was the closest supply base to the camp. Yami and his team were assigned here because there was least possibility that the enemy would attack this one as it was close to the base. Actually Yami already knew that Kisame would attack this base because he simply had read his memories before. He did not tell this info to others because he wanted to be assigned here. Yami's gamble paid off and now he could easily get Terumi and may be other clan's bloodline too if they were on this mission from the enemy side.

Yami and his team arrived at the village in about half an hour and chose to hide away from the entrance. They needed to disguise as civilians at least because the villagers had no idea that their village had a supply base for Konoha here except the village head who was an informer of Konoha.

Yami told them he had already sensed seven enemies in the vicinity and all of them had jonin class chakra level. He did not listen to them and directly ordered them to stay hidden as he would be going alone. They could not face seven elite jonins anyway even if they ganged up or used surprise attacks. There was a huge difference between the capabilities of a normal and Elite jonin. Yami had sensed Kisame too and mentally messaged him to bring his team near the village head's house which is conveniently located at the outskirts of the small village.

There no one would be able to see anything as Yami would swiftly finish them off. Yami simply changed into a simple attire as he could completely disguise his chakra to civilian level.

" Fubuki san, I will go now. Remember to act only after I have used colour flares. Yellow one is the signal to retreat as soon as possible while red one is to inform that I was successful in eliminating then. Hehe .. dont worry as no body can match me in terms of speed and I'm going to quickly finish them using surprise attacks. Lets meet again.. "

Yami went inside the village from main old entrance wearing his black sunglasses and completely acting as a normal blind person with a walking stick in his hand. Fubuki and others looked at his back with admiration and shame because Yami was so admirable at his small age and shame because they knew that they would only be a burden to him. Yamanaka Toshio had already used the device on this back and told the details to captain Hizashi. So they could only hope that the reinforcements arrive in time..
