____Narration____

Lohan had realized this from the start. He ability to read people and he surroundings was not something that could be circumvented so easily.

That's why he could say with complete certainty that little Eli Jang hadn't betrayed him.

When he saw the little boy being pulled by Olly, he could clearly see the fear and shame in his eyes.

All the boy wanted was someone to call family, and he thought he had found that when Lohan took him in.

But again, it was in the hands of the carpenter.

Back to his life as Eli Jang, a life he didn't want to live.

But Lohan had made a decision.

Boom!

Receiving a strong kick in the stomach, Chuck staggered backwards until his back hit the wall, a nervous smile on his lips.

'I'll pick you up, kid. You just have to put up with all this a little longer.'

Lohan advanced, Chuck immediately jumping to the side as a kick landed where he had previously been.

'And when that happens, you'll choose your own name. I promise.'

Grabbing the hostel member by the jacket, Lohan pulled him away while elbowing him, causing him to stagger backwards.

'I just need to finish these guys off.'

Following this, Lohan hit him with a kick to the calf, causing him to lose his balance completely and giving Lohan the freedom to complement his attack with a sharp kick to his chin.

The blow threw Chuck's head backwards, the delinquent falling backwards onto the ground while clutching his bruised chin.

'Shit, how can someone this skinny have so much experience?' Chuck was incredulous. Lohan, who had a physique to be pitied, fought like a professional.

His blows were timed, and hit him before he could retreat or counterattack. He knew what he was doing.

Even if Chuck had experience in street fights, he was no match for someone like Lohan, who had accumulated countless combat experiences during his life.

Compared to the man in front of him, Chuck was nothing more than an amateur.

But fortunately, he wasn't alone.

!

Blocking a sudden punch, Lohan moved away when he noticed the arrival of someone else, Justin, Chuck's partner, who used to pair up with him in his fights.

"I wondered what was taking you so long. And to think that you were actually getting your ass kicked the whole time." Justin commented in a monotone, his eyes landing on a dejected Chuck, before turning to Lohan, who stared at them in warning.

"Don't underestimate him because of his body. Maybe he's on the level of one of the gang leaders." Chuck wiped the blood from his lips and slowly stood up.

"I see." Justin cracked his knuckles, his brow furrowing in seriousness as he took a stance. "Then let's face it with due respect."

"I agree." Chuck took his own stance next to Justin, a demonstration of his real strength.

Working in pairs.

Lohan growled, his brow furrowing as he raised his chin at the two delinquents in front of him.

Previously, he had feared that the two of them would team up to face him, but after basically completely dominating Chuck, he realized that the two of them were no big deal. In all likelihood, as a duo, their skills would match Logan Lee. But Lohan didn't think it would get much further than that.

Besides, he had already faced pairs in his old life. He was used to working together just so that others could take him down.

The two men in front of him were nothing more than obstacles he had to jump over.

The real problem was Olly Wang.

This duo were just appetizers before the main course.

!

Escaping a punch, Lohan squinted when he noticed Justin trying to take advantage of his dodge to grab him.

'That won't work for me.'

But ready for his attempt, Lohan surprised him when he attacked him with a powerful punch to the jaw, causing him to lose his balance and slam his face into the wall.

Lohan, seeing this as an opportunity, immediately grabbed the back of his head and prepared to slam his face against the wall.

"Not so fast!"

But before he could complete the move, a knee landed on his face, his head flying backwards as he stepped back to see Chuck advancing towards him with an excited smile.

"Do you think I'd let you do whatever you want? I need to return the beating from before!" Sending a few punches at Lohan, Chuck started talking while making the boy back off. "What?! Not so confident anymore?"

Boom!

But before he could speak, a punch pierced through his wave of attacks, hitting his face hard enough to make him close his eyes in pain.

"You talk too much." Advancing towards the delinquent, Lohan grabbed his shoulder while putting her foot behind his legs. "Just sit still and take the beating."

Knocking him backwards onto the floor with enough force to knock the air out of his lungs, Lohan raised his head to find Justin about to punch him, his eyes narrowing as he launched his own attack.

!

And in the face of the simultaneous attacks, the one that prevailed was Lohan's own, which hit Justin right in the nose.

"Shit!" Holding his nose as a pop sounded, Justin tried to stop the bleeding, failing as he tried to back away.

"Hey."

But as he held his broken nose, a voice sounded in front of him, his head ducking to find Lohan staring at him with an intimidating expression.

"You're getting all over my floor."

"Gah!"

Choking as a knee hit him in the stomach, Justin tried to move away, but before he could retreat, two hands interlocked behind the back of his head, a second knee flying towards his face.

Boom!

With the attack hitting hard, Justin felt consciousness leave him as his body fell forward, his face hitting the ground hard.

"And now it's gotten even dirtier." Lohan commented with a sigh, his eyes moving to Chuck, who was holding his nose as he groaned in pain. "Hey, you idiot, where the hell is the place your boss hides?"

Walking up to the man, Lohan grabbed his wrists and removed her hand from his face to reveal him with a bloody nose.

"As if I was going to tell."

Spitting blood in Lohan's face, Chuck showed his tongue, which caused the boy to frown as he wiped his face.

"Very good."

Squeezing Chuck's chin, Lohan stared at him with frightening intensity, causing the delinquent to widen his eyes in surprise.

"You've chosen the worst possible path."
