He opened it and heaved a deep sigh of relief, he brought out the beast orb and you can see a ball like thing and inside it is full of mist and thick black colour. The black colour was sparking with a lightning, when Longwei saw the orb; his beautiful golden eyes suddenly turned black and sparked like the lightning in the orb but it disappeared as fast as it came.
A beast orb in not like a beast core. A beast orb is stronger than beast cores because even if the beast is dead the orb has the spirit of the beast and it sucks the Qi around it as it gets stronger while Beast cores are just the cultivation cores of a beast. If a beast dies or gets killed, a purple crystal stays above its forehead as it stays in the air until someone or another beast collects it and absorb it.
The little blue bird that longwei talked to a while ago suddenly started flying above Xu Ming's head until it released its poop right onto Xu Ming's head. He felt something that felt like liquid and sticky on his head and the moment he felt it, he dropped the beast orb on the floor because he was disgusted. He was a person who likes his appearance more that his life.
It also broke just like the pendant but this time a black mist appeared when it broke and it took form of the beast that died and it was a huge one, a Manticore.
It roared dangerously and the whole ground shook. Longwei and Xinyi held onto the tree because they were scared to break their bones.
Looks like it is a mystical being from the Mystic Isles because it was just too powerful to be from the Human cultivation world. If it was alive then it would be even more dangerous; Even when it absorbs Qi, it still cannot cultivate properly so it will not be as strong as when it cultivates when it's alive but it will be physically stronger than before because the Qi makes the bones stronger just by breathing it.
But the problem is what kind of a psycho would trap the spirits of a manticore in a beast orb.
"Fools, You want to enslave a great being like me! Haha! I like to see you try!" The manticore spoke dangerously, scaring the people that fall on the ground to be scared out of their wits. The guards came to protect the Master of the Xu family but when they saw the black mist looking at them with red eyes not to mention the lightning that was surrounding the manticore, they left the residence while yelling at the top of their lungs.
The people on the streets heard that loud and magnificent roar, they were scared silly as some entered their houses and locked themselves while the stronger cultivators stayed on the streets to see what's happening.
But their eyes flashed with greed when they saw the Manticore. Even if its just a spirit, if they can used their air element, water, fire, lightning element to create an orb, they can trap it and absorb its power. An orb can be created with elements but a person has to be at least in the king stage.

They are children and they should be scared but they were actually excited, some may call them too brave and some will say they're crazy.
"Haha... a bunch of ants want to challenge someone like me, hoho. It must be my lucky day!" the manticore laughed at the cultivators cowardice. The manticore said once more in a scary voice and the group of cultivators swallowed their saliva, it is just too scary but they were confident because they were in groups. They don't know what kind of beast the manticore is but they've seen it in books so it got to be a legendary beast.
Grandmother Xu and Grandfather Xu already fainted from the moment the beast was released from the orb and the Xu brothers run for their lives.
The group of cultivators attacked the spirit all at the same time, each one of them with different elements. If a cultivator isn't a mystical being then the limit of their elements is two; Some might get one and geniuses will get two elements and the people that get two elements are quite arrogant but if they knew that there's a mystical being with all of the elements, they will surely die from embarrassment.
In the cultivation, the more elements you have, the more work load you'll get. A person with one element will only focus on his one and only element but if a person with all the elements like the golden dragon, he will have to focus on all of them. Having all elements is a blessing and a torture but if the person has strong elements, in a battle, he will have the upper hand than a cultivator with one element.
A cultivator who is at the master stage and has two strong elements will be able to beat up a cultivator with only one element that is in the King stage
