After getting my falna, Hestia and I started cleaning the church.

I must say, cleaning a dirty place is not easy as it looks.

Especially if that place hasn't been cleaned for ages.

Since Hestia wasn't expecting anyone to join her familia this soon, I presume she didn't clean the church.

There are glass pieces, wall crumbs, and especially dust everywhere.

We cleaned the church for almost 3 hours while talking about the things we did.

And, I learned quite an about gods actually.

Generally speaking, in Genkai, we mortals don't know much about the divine realm.

Since the residents of this world have the general idea of gods and goddesses being unreachable, most of them tend to have some sense of distance from them.

Therefore, most people don't ask too many questions about the divine realm of their gods or goddesses.

I think I would be like them, too, if I didn't have the memory of my parallel self since I also perceived the gods as some sort of divine being.

However, it looks like Hestia still hasn't adapted to the lower world since she is talking enthusiastically about Tenkai and the funny memories she had there.

And that makes me wonder, are the gods really different from humans? Or what are gods or goddesses exactly?

These are questions I can't find an answer to with the way my strength is. So, I need to become a strong person first and then seek the answers.

However, I must say that Hestia is quite cute in the house, and seeing her short appearance with an apron and a headband on her head; she looks like a wife kind of.

Well, enough with my fantasies.

After cleaning the house, we prepared a simple meal and went to the bedroom.

Although there is only one bed in the church, it does not look like she wants me to stay on the couch since she didn't say anything about it.

She may be perceiving me as a child since I am just 13 right now, and it is true that I am 13.

Although I was a high schooler in my parallel life, it wasn't like he was some sort of horny beast; heck, he was even a loner. So, I think my self-control is pretty good.

With that, we went to the bedroom, and I decided to wait for Hestia to change her clothes first.

After she changed her clothes, I went inside the blanket and started thinking about the things I had done in the last 2 days.

I must say, these two days were the fullest days of my life.

And it looks like it was just the beginning.

Tomorrow I will start going to the dungeon, and I must be ready mentally at least, so a good sleep is a must.

While I was thinking like that, I heard Hestia talking.

"Hey, Wayne. Are you asleep?

She said while looking at the ceiling.

"No, I am not Kami-sama. Does something matter?"

I answered and turned my face to the ceiling as well.

"Hah. It is just; everything just feels unreal, you know. I got my first familia member. I can't believe it. Sometimes, I just think when I wake up tomorrow, you will be gone, and I will feel like all of this would be a dream."

She said with a slightly melancholic tone. It looks like she is crying too.

Well, although she has a cheerful and carefree look outside, she has feelings of worry or anxiety too.

The feeling of being alone and the feeling of not being close to anybody. I know these feelings quite well, so I can at least sympathize with her a bit.

She must be letting out her suppressed emotions right now.

With that, I decided to act like I hadn't seen anything.

"Well, you don't need to worry about it. I am real; all of these are real as well. Tomorrow I will go to the guild early in the morning; if you want, I can wake you up before I go out. That way, you can confirm my existence. What do you say?"

I answered her while reassuring her a bit.

"Okay, wake me up before you go to the dungeon, okay? I will send pray that everything goes well for you in the dungeon."

"Okay, then it is decided. Goodnight Kami-sama."

"Goodnight, Wayne. Have a nice sleep."

With that, we closed the lights and went to sleep.

I woke up very early the next day. Since my biological clock is adjusted to waking up early, I don't need an alarm or something to wake me up.

And I must say, Hestia, sleeps very actively. Right now, she is hugging me like a koala from above.

From the outsider's perspective, she must look like my sister or something.

Waking up to such a funny sight made my mood just better right now.

After waking up, I slowly put Hestia down, and washed my face, and brushed my teeth.

After that, I woke Hestia up.

"Kami-sama, Kami-sama wake up. Wake up Kami-sama."

After poking and shaking her a bit, she woke up. It looks like Hestia is a heavy sleeper.

"Mmmmmh, good morning, Wayne."

"Good morning, Kami-sama; go and wash your face; I will prepare the breakfast."

After saying that, I went to the kitchen and started preparing breakfast.

At least Hestia bought some ingredients at least.

With that, I prepared a simple breakfast with French Toast.

After eating breakfast, I decided to leave for the dungeon; however, firstly, I needed to go to Miss Eina to have some equipment.

"Good bye then Kami-sama. Have a good day."

I said my goodbyes to Hestia.

"Be careful in the dungeon, Wayne; please come back to our home safe and sound."

With that, I left the house and started walking to the guild building.

Well, since the guild building is in between the church and the entrance of the dungeon, it didn't take too much time to get there.

After reaching there, I went inside the guild building.

Well, since it was quite early in the morning, there weren't too many adventurers out there, so I hadn't waited for anyone and directly approached one of the desks.

Since I couldn't see miss Eina, I approached a pink-haired shorty girl. If I remember correctly, her name must be Misha, well, not that it does matter too much.

"Hello, good morning, miss. Can I know where miss Eina is? She is my advisor."

"Mmm, good morning. Eina is here. Please wait for a second and let me call her."

With that, she left to bring Miss Eina here.

After waiting for a minute or so, she came back with Miss Eina.

"Good morning Wayne. I see you are here early. Are you going to the dungeon today?"

Eina came beside me and greeted me.

"Yes, I am planning to go to the dungeon first time today. However, I don't have any equipment, so I want to buy a regular sword and regular leather armor from the guild. Is that okay?"

"Of course, it is. You don't need to worry about it. You can buy it from here. Do you have the money with you right now, or should I create a debt on your account?"

"Well, I have money on me, but I don't know if it would be enough or not. Can you tell me how much they would cost?"

"Well, they would cost 9.000 Valis. What do you think? Do you think you have enough money for that?"

((I don't know if the guild sells swords or not, but since they are selling the dagger Bell used in the first episodes, I thought they would sell basic swords too. Since the dagger was 3.4k Valis, swords must be 4k or something.))

Well, I have 15k Valis on my inventory right now, and it looks like it would be barely enough to pay for the beginner equipment.

After buying two swords and one leather armor, I decided to go to the dungeon.

However, Eina is stringent when it comes to the dungeon.

She said I shouldn't go deeper than the second floor. And I should go to the second floor if I am sure about beating the monsters here.

With that, I left the guild building and went to the dungeon for the first time in my life…
