I was stunned the moment I saw the blood-flooded floor where Lily is and a memory came flashing on my mind back when I was still in the academy. I was only 10 years old that time and I need to survive , I have to save myself because no one else will save me but myself. Everyone was shooting each other and my mind goes blank seeing my new found friends killing each other. No one was allowed to get out of the place unless you are brave enough to kill. It was the most traumatizing seen I have learn to accept and live with it that this world we live has nothing to give you unless you learn how to survive and be on top.

When I was in the orphanage I had Sister Ava she was pretty kind to me , Ava was a foreigner an exchange Nun from Madrid. They sent her to be my personal tutor because I was different from other kids. She was beautiful with bright gray eyes and blonde hair. I saw it when I entered her room one night. She was like a real Sister to me, she taught me how to speak English and other Languages, and also taught me Chemistry, Calculus and other subjects, I was only eight at the time.

Everyone was jealous of me because the orphanage treated me differently and had privileges that other orphans didn't get because I got a sponsor. Sir Zerius is the man with red hair and his iris is black, scary like a demon, but no, he is a kind person, he brings me gifts every time he visits me at the orphanage. He is from the government and he said I passed the Exam given to us by their program that those who pass will have a special scholarship and allowance.

Until one day an sponsored trip was held by the orphanage and we were all at the bus when it suddenly stopped in a very seclude place in the middle a forest and armed men came crashing in our bus and pointed their guns to the driver and Nuns including Sister Ava .

They were talking to someone on the phone. They are negotiating with that person on the phone it has been going on until darkness in the sky came. And that person he was talking to didn't agree to what they wanted and one of the men grab one kid and he put his gun over the kids head the kid screamed from fear.

Sister Ava and and Sister Ishi stop the man from what his doing to the kid but he just push them away and he shot Sister Ishi all of us screamed in horror seeing the blood came out of Sister Ishi's shoulder. The driver was able to get out from the grip of the other men and he kick and punch them and the man's gun fell in front of me I was so scared thinking it would explode in front me and I screamed so loud that got Sister Ava attention.

Sister Ava stepped on the gun and silenced me I was shaking at that time I didn't want the man to find where his gun was. And we hear another gunshot and the driver falls to the floor with blood pouring from his chest. My head is spinning with all the things I am witnessing now. Who will save us now? We are all just children and all we have now is Sister Ava, Sister Beatrice and Sister Ishi who are already wounded.

Sister Beatrice fought the man when he walked towards Sister Ava and me but two other men dragged her away from the man and the man shot her but Sister Ava kicked him and the man sat on the floor. The man who was holding Sister Beatrice shot Sister Ava but Sister Beatrice quickly blocked her body which caused her to be the one hit by the bullet. ''No!!'' Sister Ava shouted and my mind went blank when I saw how Sister Ava collapsed in front of me, blood was flowing from her chest.

''No!!'' I shouted as I took the gun in front of me and with my eyes closed I pulled the trigger of the gun and I screamed and cried while doing that. And I heard the man fall to the floor and they came to me one by one and I just continued to pull the trigger until the only thing I could hear was the click of the gun indicating that it was out of bullets. I opened my eyes and the first thing that appeared to me were the frightened faces of my companions on the bus. Especially sister Ava.

I look down and see the men lying on the floor which is covered with blood they were all not moving and breathing?

I came back to my senses when an arm wrap at my body I fell down on my knees seeing the terrified faces of the other kids and Nuns in front of me and blood was all over the place.

I look at Sister Ava's face and I was hurt seeing her terrified face no one will want me now they are all afraid of me I am a murdered I killed them all.

I killed people

I am a murderer

And vision came black

''Its okay now . I'm here. I'm here. I am not afraid of you . I will not hate you. No will one hurt us now. You are safe. We are safe.'' Said the voice the behind me.

''I'm here , I am not leaving you. I'm sorry.'' She embraced me and patted my back I was full of sweat all over me. The nightmares won't get off me it always visits me in my sleep the faces of the men I have killed.

'Sister Ava if only I knew you never left me I was so occupied by my fear thinking you hated me. If only I knew I would lost you for real'

''Its okay Lily. I am here. You are safe now'' I don't know how I end up in this position but I don't want her to go and think the same way I thought when I was in her situation. She hugged me back and rested her head on my chest and grip in my sides that wrinkled my shirt. She cried in my chest like she was letting it all out of her chest and a tear escaped my eye. I failed . I failed in protecting and taking her away from this situation. Now there is nothing I can do to wash the blood off her hands. It will stay. The scent was going to be part of you and the red color of that blood is going to be tattooed in you skin you cannot take that off. And if so, it always leaves a big scar in your body. It is gonna be part of you and carry it until you die.

We heard shallow gun shots in different directions .

Is there someone else here other than us ? And a shrill sound echoed from the speakers and we heard a familiar voice spoke.

''Marianne , Lily are you still there ? You need to get out of that building they are blowing it up , like right now. I can't get in there they've install barriers surrounding the building with a thing that can torch you alive, so either way you choose you are still gonna be roasted, but I'm working on it don't worry. hahaha.'' Our eyes goes wide to flat in what Mia was saying on the mic.

And we heard gun shot again.

''Aah'' Screams can be heard on the speakers.

''Mia''

''Three''

''Who's three?'' Lily look at me confuse

''Its a long story . Now lets get out of here.'' I said and look behind us where Yui and Mei is. My heart ache seeing Mei fell asleep in Yui's arms.

''Come on.'' I helped Yui get up and all of us run towards the exit stairs but stop seeing it was all ruined where about to get back and look for stairs and other way out but we climb back up seeing it starting blew off down there we run up so fast.

''MAMA!!'' Mei screamed stunned of the loud sounds from the bomb blowing up .

Now what ? I was getting paranoid at the time but I am not showing it to them I don't want them to get scared more.

We have a kid with us we cannot just jump down on the ground with this kid and we are now on the 10th floor of the building.

A soft hand hold my hand and dragged me somewhere and Yui followed with Mei in her Arms and Lily brought us to the parking space .

How did I forget about this part of the building? I forgot we have parking space every floor. Now we just have to drive our way out of here.

But then again it started blowing down us I was shaking trying to make the engine of this car we saw work but nothing .

''No.no.no.'' I said when the engine turned off again the fire was getting near .'' Get off . Get off the car. '' I told them because the car has no use we have to run again not letting fire get us.

We were running our lives when we heard a screeching sound coming our way ''Not again'' I hissed thinking it was another group of men trying to kill us.

''Get in!! Get in!!'' Shouted a familiar face who came out from the grave this is impossible!!

''Mama Eli!!'' Shouted Lily and run to the car . We all got in the car '' Fasten your seatbelts kids.'' The driver said that made Lily's body stiff. But before we know it we are all shouting for our lives of how fast she drives the car to the roof top and made the car step on another car parked in there and we found our car flying off the roof.

''Waaaahhh'' We all shouted together except the driver who was just laughing at us .

We landed at the back of the truck that seems purposely catch us from crashing on the road we are all quiet and no one dares to move.

And a song suddenly played on the speakers inside our car.

We all made a deep breath and look at the driver.

''Everybody okay? Up there?'' Of course its Mia whose driving the truck.

"What? we're all safe .'' Said the driver to the person seating beside her who was looking at her with disbelief.

''Is that supposed to be yes?'' Mia spoke again but no one answers we are all tired to be talking right now.

An the song continued and we all choose to stay there resting we are all exhausted. The truck was the one moving anyway.

Lily leaned her head on my left shoulder the driver was looking intently in our direction and I shiver not because I recognize her but because she was Lily's mother .

But why would I worry of what she think of me its not that I'm doing something wrong with Lily right? And my situation got worst when Lily leaned her face close to my neck now I am feeling really nervous and other things . I can feel her hot breath on my neck and my hair at the back stands up from the goosebumps she is giving me and then she moaned .''Fuck''

''What?'' Elian ask looking our way but formed an 'O' in her mouth and look away and Mary Jane Lily's mother glared at her and said something to Elian in a low voice and they debating to something they thought I can't hear. But I chose to not intervene I'm not doing anything to her daughter and I'm straight.

I am not a homophobe I just don't sway that way I admit I am maybe attracted to her but not to the point I'd make her my girlfriend she was just like a dear sister to me.

And the goosebumps whenever she's near? My mind ask

It was just normal when someone attractive get near you right? Or maybe because it was awkward because she is not used in touching people I am insecure of what would she feel about it.

''Were here '' Shouted Mia that cuts my thoughts.

I look around and see that we are just on an abandoned building that was about to break any minute.

We all got out the truck and give Mia a questioning look.

''Relax, Gays . Follow me.''

Lily and I said in unison.

''Hmmp.. yeah right.'' She said in a sarcastic way and started walking towards the walls and touch something in the wall and it opened .

''Surprise!! I have a lift'' She said trying to be optimistic.

We all looked at her with flat eyes annoyed all we want to do now is clean ourselves up and rest.

''You're all no fun.'' She said shoulders down .

We all get in the lift and we all hold at the handles tight when it goes down real fast and it didn't give us time to breath when the lift move backwards and left and then right and it suddenly stopped .

''And were here.'' Mia spoke smirking fists on her hips acting like wonder woman.

''Waahh'' Elian puke and my vision was still spinning while Lily and her Mother looks so done with Mia.

Yui was embracing the kid protecting her.

And we all glared at her direction.

''What?''
