Sora was jogging around doing his usual routine, he was planning on what he would do for the next few days.

"Should I go back early to Naruto? If I remember correctly he doesn't come back to Konoha until after the Chunin Exams"

[ Affirmative, it was never confirmed how many days or months Naruto was late in joining the Chunin Exams ]

"Knowing his personality he either would accept it or just thinks he forgot about it" Sora thought deeply but didn't want to think anymore as He was going to rely on Naruto's character and Ino's as well.

"Chizuru?" Sora felt someone catching up to him as he was jogging. He looked back to see a girl with a short white pink hair colour, dark blue eyes, average height, a well endowed figure and large breasts.

The girl looked at Sora who was staring at her breasts and looked at hers to check if there was something wrong until she realized Sora was just staring

"Pervert!" The girl shouted as she hastened her jog wanting to slap the man in front of him

Sora didn't say anything and continued to take a glance at the jiggling breasts while not losing concentration.

"You beast!" The girl shouted as she even ran faster.

Sora slowed himself down and stopped, the girl couldn't stop her momentum and eventually collided with Sora causing them to fall over.

The girl was worried wondering if Sora was dead, she hesitantly came closer to check on him, she saw he was looking straight up and didn't move.

She didn't know what to do, she thought he needed help and wanted to do CPR but she didn't want to lose her first kiss on a random stranger, she then decided if it's to save a life she would just do it.

She put her ear on his nose to check his breathing and when she did.

"Soft" The girl immediately turned red and unhesitatingly slapped Sora again.

"Kya! Pervert Pervert!" The girl shouted as she walked away slowly.

Sora immediately sat up straight and looked at The Girl straight in the eyes and said "Soft".

Sora then gave the girl a smile as he stood up slowly and approached the girl.

"No!" The girl thought she would be taken today and panicked as she closed her eyes in fear.

She thought he would hurt her instead.

"Eh?"

Sora massaged her palms instead "I'm sorry, I thought it would be fun to tease you" Sora chuckled at the nervous girl and eventually let her hand go.

The girl didn't say anything, since she felt that he was a good guy based on the aura he gave off, maybe a pervert but still a good guy. The girl stared at Sora and thought that he was really handsome and that she could get used to this.

"Well I'm off see you soon, take care and please don't slap me next time when I want to admire your body" Sora smiled as he left the girl since she didn't spray her ankle and also the system had notified him to go to his office today.

"What just happened" The girl said in a daze but was soon fuming as she remembered the guy just groped her!

"I'll kill you the next time we meet!" Sora heard this and waved her goodbye instead.

"Hello" Sora said to the applicant in front of him, he smiled as he checked the file.

"Fancy meeting you here again, Ichika" Sora put down her file and smiled at her.

'What's with this situation!? First I get groped in the morning and a few hours later he's my boss!? Is this some sort of romance plot!? Is this the start of my romance life!?' Ichika thought as she looked at Sora.

"I'm sorry! I didn't mean that I would kill you"

"I know, be at ease I separate my personal life and business, unless you want to cross that line" Ichika gulped as she chuckled nervously.

'I'm definitely gonna get black listed' She thought her acting career was over before it even started.

"You applied for the new acting department correct?" Sora questioned Ichika.

"Yes" Ichika answered confidently not wanting to lose.

"I see, well then you're hired" Sora closed up the file and presented her a contract

"Eh?" Ichika was now confused 'No way! Is this because he wants to take responsibility for his actions? I? I can't get married this early!' Ichika's mind went out and made random conclusions as she stared at the contract.

"Is there something wrong?" Sora went to Ichika's side and placed his hand on her forehead to check the temperature "Are you okay? You look really red."

"Ah No I'm fine!" Ichika couldn't keep herself from thinking of more romantic moments and knew it was her weakness.

"I see, do you have any questions?" Sora sat down back to his seat as Ichika composed herself once more.

"Who am I going to work with?"

"Technically you are the first actress from Diamond that we're going to sign, not unless someone I know from the rental girlfriend department applies as well or transfers completely to the acting department then, yes you will be by yourself and will be assigned a manger" Sora then took out a list of managers who would be compatible for Ichika, of course these were all females and he would still need to interview them soon.

"I see, what about my schedule?" Ichika wanted to know as early as possible.

"For now you are free as we are still recruiting some talented actress in an upcoming series" Sora wanted 'The Metronome of Love' to be serialized as soon as possible as if he remembered correctly then it was supposed to be a harem novel and he wanted to act in it.

"Do I need to go on workshops?"

"Of course, and you can join any as you please since you are our first" Sora gave Ichika a gentle smile as she blushed a bit.

"Thanks" Ichika didn't know what to say as just like Sora said earlier she didn't know if Sora was flirting with her or was being a professional.

"Say do you have sisters as well Ichika?" Ichika raised her eyebrows at Sora's question.

"What's that have to do with my acting career?"

"More or less everything, the upcoming series we will be producing is somewhat a romance story, and having look a likes would make the series even more interesting and perhaps it'll turn into a hit."

"I do, actually we're Quintuplets but I doubt they'll want to agree" Ichika told Sora the truth who just nodded.

"Then I'll just shelve this project for a while, and you can actually sign the contract, I guarantee you this is not a prank anymore" Sora reminded Ichika who nodded and signed

"Welcome to Diamond Ichika, and I hope you won't kill me during your tenure."

Ichika nodded and gave Sora a wry smile.

"That settles it" Sora said as Ichika had already left and soon he received a message that someone wanted to meet him, he allowed them in.

"Utaha?" Sora said as Utaha came in not expecting the visit.

"I'm here to discuss our deal between the adaptation" Utaha then placed a novel.

"It's the first two volumes" Sora took it.

"You want us to animate it now? I agree that you have the potential but isn't it too soon"

"I know" Utaha didn't budge.

"We'll release the first two volumes then, and if all goes well then we'll release an anime adaptation, after that a drama adaptation how's that?"

Utaha nodded at the terms "I want to have a hand in picking the cast"

Sora shook his head "No, the casting will be left to me, You will have a hand on who will illustrate your works or you take care of the casting while I take care of who illustrates"

Utaha didn't respond "I'll take care of who illustrates then"

Sora nodded "Oh do you also want to create a visual novel? I have an Idea but I'm too busy creating my own novel as of the moment"

"I'm listening" Utaha said as Sora told her
