On the weekend, Saturday.

Many people passed by at the town square, surrounded by restaurants and shopping malls with a giant clock tower at the centre. Meanwhile, Ryota sat inside a cafe near the clock tower, waiting for Tsubaki for their date.

He was wearing a blue shirt, grey jeans, and black sunglasses with white sneakers. It was maybe a simple outfit for other men, but it was really good when worn by Ryota.

Some girls glanced at him with a blush on their face, while another tried to take a picture of him, thinking that he might be a famous model.

Ryota ignored them as usual, as this happened whenever he went out alone.

At least he didn't get the weird stalker, always following him and collecting his used items.

Even though he didn't mind doing a part-time job as a model, he still needed to train his body and his sacred gear, including his job as part of a magician organization.

He also wasn't short on money so he felt having a job in the human world was useless to him.

He thought it was a waste of time, he would rather spend his free time with Tsubaki or play with Osakabehime.

He kept looking outside of the window's cafe with a bored expression while drinking his ice cappuccino.

'Tsubaki-chan is slow... I am gonna die tired of waiting... Hmm? Is that Hyoudou?'

A familiar man with short spiky brown hair entered his vision, standing in front of the fountain. His gesture was like a nervous virgin waiting for the first date of his life, looking at his watch and glancing around every five seconds.

'So he is also waiting for his fallen girlfriend, huh...' thought Ryota with a slight smile.

That day when he saw them outside the school gates, he already knew that the girl was a fallen angel. The only thing that piqued his curiosity was how and why the devils did nothing.

The job of the devils when they were in the human world was to protect the humans who were living in that area, just as Mephisto had taught him.

'Should I investigate? It's going to be bad if somehow Shuten got spotted when she bought her wine stock...'

After he thought for a moment, he decided to talk to Osakabehime. He could use telepathy with everyone he summoned with their soul connection and a bit of magic power, so this was an easy thing for him.

'Himecchi? I need your help.'

Osakabehime on the other side replied quickly.

'Ah, it's Ryo-chan! Yahoo! You have business with this princess?'

'I need you to spy a fallen angel, find what is she doing here, if possible find her hideout.' replied Ryota.

'Okay, Ryo-chan! Where are you right now?'

'I'm still inside the cafe at the town square. Just wait a bit and she will appear for her so-called boyfriend.'

'Eeeh! Do you want Hime-chan to stalk and watch a couple doing their lovey dovey thing? My hikikomori heart will explode!'

She didn't want to watch a couple doing lewd things on their date, because that wasn't her hobby. Osakabehime thought about asking Shuten to take her job, but Ryota said.

'Idiot! Just use your origami to spy on her, I don't care about the boyfriend!'

While they were still talking with telepathy, suddenly Ryota heard a sweet and familiar voice.

"Ryota-kun! I'm sorry I'm late... Whaa!"

Ryota turned and saw Tsubaki wearing a long white blouse with a black skirt and black low heels. He smiled at her, removed his sunglasses, then appeared so fast in front of Tsubaki and hugged her.

"Too slow! Too slow Tsubaki-chan! You don't need to think to much about your outfit! Everything will looks good on you!"

Ryota stroked her long black hair while spouting all sorts of sweet words at Tsubaki. The smell of shampoo she used from her hair wafted into his nose making Ryota hug Tsubaki even tighter to calm his mind. Meanwhile, Tsubaki blushed until her ears were red after hearing Ryota's words, especially after she felt that all eyes in the cafe were on them.

"R-R-Ryota-kun, I'm sorry. Please don't hug me here... everyone looking at us right now..."

The sharp gazes of the women around them made Tsubaki feel embarrassed and want to hide her face.

Ryota looked around for a second, then smiled at them. At least the girls' gazes turned to Ryota, so Tsubaki felt a bit calmer. He then walked towards the cashier while holding Tsubaki's hand to pay for his drink.

'Ryo-chan! My origami is already outside the cafe! Stop showing scenes of teenagers falling in love with me! Tell me what to do now!'

Osakabehime felt like stopping her magic and turning origami into a huge monster to prank this annoying guy.

Ryota could hear Osakabehime's voice inside his head trying to communicate with him. He noticed that she was feeling a little jealous.

After he and Tsubaki walked out of the cafe, she glanced at Issei's position and saw a woman in a long white dress talking to Issei with a sweet smile on her face.

'Is that a real smile or a fake one?' thought Ryota while glancing at them with curiousity.

'Himecchi, in front of the water fountain, the target is the woman that talking to brown-haired man. Spy on her. Be careful, I sense a familiar following them too.'

'Yeah, yeah. Let's just get it over with. I hope this one doesn't give me too much work.'

"Ryota-kun? Why are you looking so serious?"

Tsubaki's voice filled with worry cut off their telepathy.

"Don't worry Tsubaki-chan. I was just thinking about our date. Let's go to the aquarium first. By the way, you look really pretty." Ryota said while looking at Tsubaki. Then he kissed her cheek.

"T-t-thank you Ryota-kun. You look handsome now too!" said Tsubaki as her cheeks turned red.

While they were walking towards the aquarium, Ryota started the telepathy again.

'Hey Himecchi.'

'Yeah, Ryo-chan?'

'If you wanna go on date with me like this, you should stop being a hikikomori. Hahaha!'

'Geh!'
