Living Carefree in the Cultivation World

Liao Ping is a transmigrator who has read web novels throughout his life while being an author, teacher, and doctor. He taught interns about what to do as a doctor when they start interning at his workplace while being an author who writes web novels at night. He is a lazy person when it comes to cultivation but loves to do the other hobbies that he couldn't do in his busy previous life. (I'll eventually come back to do this or I dropped it.)

Chapter 15-He's just washing bowls

Ma Shu had just reached Bronze Dragon Peak and had informed Master Hu Tu about Gao Shi and was gonna ask him to tell Senior Brother Ping about the situation but he said that they should hurry to save Gao Shi. Ma Shu and Master Hu Tu had just left when they ran into Gao Shi a couple of minutes later, "You're alive!? Gao Shi, I'm so happy that you're alive!" "You made it back alive! You even told someone to come and help me didn't you!" "No, I and Master Hu Tu had just left a few minutes ago" "Well, how do you explain the fact that I was saved by someone, no a rogue cultivator who appeared just as you were gone from the scene" "I can't explain and won't try to since I know that as sisters, you'll believe me over someone who's coincidentally there" "You're right but let's clear up the confusion first with Master Hu Tu" "Mm" then they started talking and giving Master Hu Tu the details that were left out of the story when Ma Shu was reiterating it to him.

"So that's why you look disheveled and desperate for help" "...." "...." they then headed back to the sect and back to Bronze Dragon Peak. Liao Ping had just finished painting the second painting of Elder Tyrant and Auntie-Master Ruogang sitting together with Auntie-Master Ruogang in Elder Tyrant's arms. He then started working on the third painting that had Auntie-Master Ruogang and Elder Tyrant sitting together with their backs leaning on each other. He took the brush and started painting after dipping the brush into one of the colors he had made previously for Auntie-Master Ruogang and Elder Tyrant. By the time he finished, he noticed that the sky was getting darker so he stopped painting and let the paintings dry whilst he went to feed the animals that had gathered around his home ever since 2 decades ago, he starts by feeding the deers and birds then he went around giving out some meats to the bears, tigers, lions, and foxes who all coexisted in the surrounding forest.

After feeding the animals and Liao Ping went around making sure that they were all happy by giving them all some earth-grade qi replenishment pills, mortal-grade herbs, and some hot water. 'Didn't I get my 2nd tier alchemist approval? That means that I'll be able to check out the 2nd tier pill recipes' thought Liao Ping as he watched the foxes finish drinking all the hot water that he had put out for them. He then got up and went over to the foxes and picked up the last of the bowls he had laid out and left the surrounding forest to go clean them by his hut.

Liao Ping came back from the surrounding forest and went into his hut to grab a wooden bucket and then headed off to the lake to get some water. His juniors and master had just gotten back from turning in the relatively easy mission when they saw Liao Ping walking out of his hut with a wooden bucket and some neatly stacked bowls in his arms heading towards the lake, "Senior Brother!" "Hm?" "Whatcha doing?" "I'm going to the lake" "Why-" "We're sorry to disturb you, Senior Brother, you can go ahead and continue with your business" "Alright then, have a good day as well you two" then they watched him walk away and toward the direction of the lake. "What was that for?" "Aren't you curious about what could be inside Senior Brother's hut?" "I can't refute your logic but you forgot to ask if Master Hu Tu will come along once again!" "I-*sigh*Let's go check out his hut before he returns" they then quickly headed toward his hut and invited themselves inside. They saw three very eye-catching paintings laid out on three canvas and noticed some pieces of paper neatly stacked next to the wooden bed.

"Is this the type of girl Senior Brother likes?" "Maybe? Wanna go through his stacks of paper?" "*sigh*Can you two stop trying to cause trouble!" 'I'll just have a look' thought Master Hu Tu. He picked up a paper that was laying on the floor and turned it over, on the paper were two people, the first man was wearing a white robe and had beige pants on, he also had glasses and neatly combed hair, whilst the other looked like his disciple, 'His creativity is quite ingenious but this style of clothing is just unpresentable for cultivators and more towards scholars' thought Master Hu Tu. He put the paper down and then headed toward the hut's entrance to see his eldest disciple walking back from the lake.

"Your senior brother is coming back. You've already seen the inside of his hut so your curiosity should be satisfied, let's not disturb him any longer" announced Master Hu Tu as he walked toward his hut unhurriedly. His latest disciples then scurried out of their senior brother's hut and toward their huts. Liao Ping saw his junior sisters scurry away from his hut and thought, 'What were they doing in there? I hope that they didn't mess with anything in there.' then he put the bowls into the wooden bucket that was filled with water and then headed inside. He saw that everything was fine except the papers that were by his wooden bed and the paper that was in front of him. He turned it over and saw himself before his transmigration, then he placed it next to his wooden bed before cleaning the place and stacking the messy placed papers neatly.

He then went outside of his hut and started washing the bowls. His master had just reached his hut and turned around to see his disciple washing bowls in front of his hut as though he was living an ordinary civilian life. "He's gonna be the end of me sooner or later" mumbled Master Hu Tu as he turned around and entered his hut.

Creation is hard, cheer me up!
