2 Madara Uchiha?

'The Fourth Hokage...' Kai wondered. He stopped moving and decided to hide in one of the trees. Kai vaguely knew from the manga that the Fourth Hokage was Naruto's dad. So, at the very least, Kai knew that this was the period before Naruto's birth since Minato died before Naruto's birth. But by how far is the million-dollar question.

Kai kept observing his surrounding with a heavy emphasis on his senses with chakra. If he's learned anything on Earth, it was that he had to keep his surroundings secure as many things could happen if you let your guard down. Finally, a slight sigh could be heard from Kai as he remanence his final moment on Earth.

Once Minato had reached the cliff, several figures wearing Anbu Black Ops clothing greeted him. Immediately, they all disappeared to the side of the cliff where Kai could not see them. Without a doubt, as a 16-year-old boy, Kai was extremely curious as to find out what was Minato doing with those secret divisions that often is dispatched only on higher-level missions. However, he knew that trying to find out more about this could kill him. After all, he still does not know much about this world.

"The Yellow flash…" a voice suddenly appeared as though coming from a void. A whirl of space distortion suddenly appeared behind Kai, who was on a large tree branch.

"Who are you?" The voice stated with an intimidating low voice. Simultaneously, this distortion materialised into a man wearing a black hooded cloak and a mask with a white and black tiger-like pattern. Kai was shocked. A man had randomly appeared out of nowhere, and although he looked relaxed, it was without a doubt that he was a threat to Kai regardless of how he acted. Kai understood that this man was not someone he could underestimate. Immediately, Kai went fully on-guard.

"Hmmm. You don't seem to be allied with those people on top of the cliff" The masked man said, arrogance to his voice. Kai, oblivious of the mysterious man's intention on him, knew that he had to announce whether or not he was on the Fourth Hokage's side. Kai then said,

"I'm not; I was just passing by and saw those people up top" He hoped that the masked man would just let him go, as Kai revealed his intention not to help the other side and instead stay neutral.

"Interesting." The man said as distortion around the space began again, causing him to disappear.

For a short while, Kai thought that it was over...

Yet, suddenly, space distortion appeared behind Kai, and the man appeared once again, behind him, along with an attempt to kill Kai with a kunai.

The kunai was about to hit Kai, yet, his reflexes proved to be the better weapon. Kai blocked the kunai by punching exactly at the arm's joint of the mysterious man, forcing him to take a few steps back while holding his arms. "You.. you blocked me?"

The man looked at Kai in disbelief, as he had thought that the only person he had to keep watch today was the Fourth Hokage and not some guy wearing an attire not fit for battle and no weapon. The man then stopped holding his arms as the pain has subsided. "Hmph... it looks like I underestimated you. I would entertain you, but I have some more.. pressing concerns to worry about." He then turned his back on Kai, who saw this as an opportunity to strike back as he thought the man had let his guard down. Kai charged his full-body straight through the man's cloak, aiming to knock him out.

To his disbelief, the attack, though seemingly hitting the target, went straight through the body of the masked figure as though he was a ghost, and Kai fell off from the branch of the tree to the ground.

"You're an interesting person... Remember my name, I am Madara Uchiha and one day, we shall meet again," says the masked man towards Kai.

Kai knew there and then that he likely had messed with the wrong person. As far as he knew, Madara Uchiha was a legendary figure capable of rivalling the strongest ninja, Hashirama Senju. Thankfully, it seemed Madara didn't care enough to kill Kai or at least, there was no time to do so. Kai just barely managed to recover from the shock and went up to climb the branch once more. However, just about the time he reached the branch, a sudden tremor could be heard throughout the cliff. It was loud, as though a beast had just been awakened.

All of a sudden, he could see that a large tailed beast had appeared. The pressure exerted when looking at this creature and the number of tails present from the monsters back clearly indicated one thing. Kai shivered throughout his body; he knew... it was the nine-tailed fox that used to be trapped within Naruto.

"GRRRRRRRRRRRR!" The Kyuubi (nine-tailed fox) howled as though he had just awakened from an eternal slumber.

Kai could see the impressive Kyuubi, which could rival the size of a mountain. He could also see the masked figure and a woman lying there, as though she was dying. The next thing he knew, the Nine-tailed fox began swinging its arms straight at the woman. A shockwave occurred as the Kyuubi's arms hit the ground, enough to send Kai flying away at a distance of several trees.

Slightly ahead, at the top of a tree, Minato appeared out of nowhere, holding the woman tightly while slightly smiling. He noticed Kai, giving him a probing look and signalling him to run away from here before teleporting away. Immediately, Kai agrees that it's time for him to run away.

In the distance, the masked man could see Minato and, consequentially, Kai. However, he elected to ignore Kai and unsummoned the Kyuubi.

"Off to Konoha," The masked man said.
