From the book he can conclude that there are currently 9 grade of weapons, which is

Common

Uncommon

Rare

Epic

Legendary

Mythic

Unique

Semi - God

God

Each of the can also be divided into 3 sub grade, Low, Medium and High tier weapons

Common are weapons that are found almost everywhere in this world, can be crafted by a normal blacksmith.

Uncommon are weapons more powerful and durable than common weapons, it's not that rare but not everyone can have it, can be crafted by Medium level blacksmiths

Rare weapons are weapons that sometimes have Low Leveled magical cores imbued into it. Usually for medium to high leveled nobles and rich citizens, can be crafted by High level blacksmiths

Epic weapons are weapons same as Rare, have a magic cores imbued into it, but the level is a Medium Grade Magic Cores, used usually by High leveled nobles and princes / princesses of a kingdom or empire, can be crafted by Top level blacksmiths

Legendary weapons, same as both Rare and Epic, but imbued with High Grade Magic Cores, used only by the emperor or the empress of a kingdom or empire. Can be crafted by Grandmaster level blacksmiths

Mythic weapons, Almost impossible weapons that are used by a sovereign of one's world, every world can only contain 15 Mythic grade weapons,

once 15 had appeared, if a blacksmith tried to make the 16th, he / she will instantly be forced to face with a God Level heavenly tribulation. Can only be crafted by a Peak Grandmaster level Blacksmiths

Unique weapons, Unique weapons can be either more powerful or weaker than legendary or even mythic weapons, Unique weapon have a soul residing inside it to decide it's master. Unique weapon is a soul bound weapon, once it recognized it's master, until the master dies, no one can wield the weapon.

From common to Unique, everything is explained because some of it are general knowledge and some of it are exclusive from the manual but the Semi God and God weapon's description are classified

It seems that he need to either buy a better manual to know it or just discover it by himself....
