The sudden uprising caught the members of Tyrannical Ambitions off guard. Many were sent flying by a single sword strike before they had time to react, like pieces of meat floating in the air.
"Kill them!" Jiang You gritted his teeth. One person daring to break through their Tyrannical Ambitions formation? Were Tyrannical Ambitions not concerned about their reputation?
In an instant, all the members of Tyrannical Ambitions targeted Liu Hao and his group, unleashing a barrage of skills that looked like a shower of fireworks.
However, due to the dense crowd and the small numbers of Liu Hao and his companions, their attacks were similar to "faith shots," unable to aim accurately, just bombarding a general area madly.
Liu Hao accelerated his run, weaving through the barrage with Z-shaped movements, easily dodging a few cannon shots.
Unfortunately, the brothers from the Heavenly Slash Guild suffered. Skills bombarded more than a dozen players, and only six were left alive in no time.
Liu Hao noticed the IDs of the six Heavenly Slash players and found them somewhat familiar: Night Tide, Ocean Ahead, Homeward Bound, Another Summer of Sleep, and Thousand Falling Leaves. (This is the main roster of the Heavenly Sword team that will make its debut in Glory Professional Alliance Season 9)
He remembered from the novel that these IDs belonged to the future starters of the Heavenly Sword team. Although they could have been more powerful, they had genuine professional-level skills.
Moreover, Zai Shui Yixia(Another Summer of Sleep) was also here! Liu Hao was surprised. Having read the novel, he naturally knew that the player behind Zai Shui Yixia was Sun Zheping. (Captain of team Hundred Blossoms when it was at its peak but he had to retire mid-tournament due to an accident)
"The world is indeed small!" Liu Hao sighed. He only intended to find Lou Guanning but unexpectedly encountered Sun Zheping as well. Now he understood why Heavenly Slash, with just a dozen people, could snatch the boss from hundreds of Tyrannical Ambitionsplayers.
Liu Hao controlled the Magic Swordsman, coordinating with others to charge through the Tyrannical Ambitions formation, tearing a hole in their encirclement.
"Keep it up, let's breakthrough!" Lou Guanning shouted excitedly.
...
Jiang You was furious, cursing, "Damn it, who the hell is this Six A'hong? He can break through our formation alone?"
"President, it seems his guild is Excellent Era Dynasty." A subordinate reminded.
"Excellent Era Dynast! It's Excellent Era Dynasty again, are they deliberately messing with Tyrannical Ambitions?" Jiang You cursed, "Did Chen Yehui send him?"
"Probably not Chen Yehui. He's alone, probably just acting out." Another person speculated.
"Acting out!" Jiang You cursed, "Who in their right mind would just charge into someone's formation for no reason? Kill him, kill them all!"
"The president orders, chase them down, kill on sight!"
"Kill on sight!"
"Kill on sight!"
The members of Tyrannical Ambitions were enraged.
...
Liu Hao and his group successfully broke through Tyrannical Ambitions encirclement, but the players of Tyrannical Ambitions were not ready to let them go. They pursued them like hungry dogs catching the scent of fresh meat.
"Do you know how to manage your stamina?" Liu Hao asked.
"Of course, it's basic knowledge for experts." Lou Guanning replied with a smile.
In Glory, actions like running, rolling, and jumping consume stamina. Once exhausted, these actions can't be performed. Managing stamina involves using potions at the right time to keep the character running continuously.
"Since you know, let's shake them off. Watch your positioning." Liu Hao reminded, quickly joining the group and marking the escape route on the mini-map.
...
They ran for seven or eight minutes from Bihai Ridge to Changhong Harbor, finally shaking off the main forces of Tyrannical Ambitions. However, Glory is always full of experts, and seven or eight Tyrannical Ambitions elites continued the chase.
"You guys had hundreds, and couldn't win, but now there's only seven or eight of you. Are you here to die?" Liu Hao didn't hesitate, attacking first. His left hand on the keyboard suddenly sped up, completing an action instantly.
Before the Tyrannical Ambitions players could react, a giant wave slash attacked.
Evil Light Slash!
Although the Magic Swordsman is a melee class, most of its mid-range skills give it a first-strike advantage.
The Tyrannical Ambitions players, being experienced, weren't frightened by a single Evil Light Slash despite being a step slow in their reactions.
A ninja among them formed hand seals with both hands, using a shadow clone technique to dodge the Evil Light Slash. He was about to sneak attack Six A'hong from behind, but Liu Hao had already anticipated his move.
Liu Hao gently shook his mouse and tapped the keyboard twice. The Magic Swordsman, Liu A'hong, swiftly adjusted his view and hit the ninja accurately with a blind upward strike.
"Damn!" The ninja cursed, caught off guard, and sent flying into the encirclement of Heavenly Slash's six members.
Heavenly Slash's players exchanged glances, chuckling as they bombarded the ninja with skills, quickly killing him.
"Great move!" Lou Guanning couldn't help but praise.
"Just your average, third-rate move." Liu Hao replied modestly.
The remaining Tyrannical Ambitions players were about to attack together, but Liu Hao's Frost Wave Sword hit them first, freezing them into ice sculptures.
"Damn! One control for seven!" Night Tide exclaimed, "Such a control scene might not appear in team matches for a year."
"He used the [Blade Toss] technique to extend the range of Frost Wave Sword. This guy is definitely at a professional level." Another Summer of Sleep commented.
"If you want to praise me, do it later. Don't you know to follow up with attacks when the opponent is controlled?" Liu Hao reminded me.
Lou Guanning snapped out of it, realizing he had been too focused on admiring Six A'hong's moves and forgot they were still in battle. He immediately followed up with a Mountain Crash and Cross Slash while his teammates bombarded tyrannical Ambitions players with skills, quickly wiping them out.
Excited, Lou Guanning was about to greet Six A'hong when more Tyrannical Ambitions reinforcements arrived. This time, fewer than before, but Jiang You brought forty to fifty elite players, seemingly to settle the score.
Their situation was like Xiang Yu surrounded by the wind blowing and waves crashing.
"Captain, what do we do?" Night Tide asked nervously.
Lou Guanning was still thinking when Sun Zheping arrogantly said, "One person for seven, I can manage one more!"
Lou Guanning couldn't help but smile wryly, "Bro, you're awesome, but we might not be able to handle it. If I die and drop my sword, what then? Let's just run."
"Actually, taking on seven is doable. If it comes to it, I'll take one more." Liu Hao said.
"Hero, don't make things worse. These are Tyrannical Ambitionselites, not just anyone. If they were regular players, I could take seven too. But these guys are Tyrannical Ambitions's elite, not ordinary trash." Lou Guanning advised.
"With just this courage, you want to go pro?" Liu Hao frowned.
