Chapter 51

Rias for all that she had some princess tendencies was still a pretty down-to-earth young woman with her tendencies. And thus, rather than spending stupid amounts of money at a restaurant eating like half a plate's worth of food, instead she spent stupid amounts of money to rent out a Dave and Buster's equivalent so the Peerage, my creations and we could have all the fun we could want without people bugging us.

With only one rule for our group that made the others and especially Akeno pout. They had to give me and Rias our space during the date.

"So what kind of these games do you like anyway?" I asked as I pushed my card into a ski-ball machine so the balls would slide down the ramp for me to start throwing them up the ramp and into the holes.

Rias all but draped her body over my back as her chin rested on my shoulder watching me play. "Hmm, I am fonder of those carriage-like games where you use those guns to shoot the monsters on the screens that come up and try to survive against the unfair Ai that wants to take all your money." Rias softly spoke before she hugged my chest a little tighter. "Wanna be my player two Jake?" She whispered.

Not even a couple minutes later I was in a large jeep-shaped box that had a large screen in front of the car-shaped pod and Rias, and I were putting in our cards so we could play the Jurassic Park game. Then as we focused on the game and killed a lot of the escaping dinosaurs, we naturally sat with our hips touching the sides of one another with no shame or even care for it as we were just so focused on the fun we were naturally having together.

Eventually, though the stupid AI in the game got the best of our supernatural reflex and we lost but rather than continue Rias let go of her turret and stretched as an evil smile came to her face. "Hey Jake, would you be interested in making your own Jurassic Park in the Underworld? I mean just imagine how much fun the devil children can have seeing all the dinosaurs and everything Haha."

I only rolled my eyes as I poked her in the sides making her arms come down from her stretch hurriedly with her pouting as I spoke. "I wouldn't mind making a T'Rex with some fossils and other samples to try to get a DNA outline of the beast... But in the face of real dragons and the other monsters running around the underworld. Is a little dinosaur that doesn't have magical abilities all that interesting?" I asked with some honest curiosity.

But Rias snickered as she poked me back into the arm before she snarked back. "Jake... It's younger boys, they all love dinosaurs." Honestly, that was some pretty sage advice. Plus, you never know... The dinosaurs here in DXD could have been fucking Godzillas running around fighting dragons for all I know.

After that little enlightening conversation, we went and got some overpriced sandwiches so we could eat while watching Akeno and EI compete against one another at games. "Why are Akeno and Ei rivals again?" Rias asked bemusedly as she watched Ei outshoot Akeno in a basketball game and then in the next game, we saw Akeno beat Ei in a game of air hockey by making a tiny spike of ice block the puck from entering her goal post.

I reached over and held onto Rias's hand, and she naturally wrapped her fingers through mine and rested her head on my shoulder as we watched the girls all have fun. Well, Kiba was having fun on his own as he found an axe-throwing rig and was experimenting with throwing his own conjured swords for the hell of it.

Yeah, whoever decided that having an adult game place with alcohol and a throwing axe cage needed to be taken to court for tempting fate.

"It all started when Ei burnt down the kitchen when she somehow decided to split the atoms in the water starting a large fire when the pure hydrogen reached the burners causing a small explosion... Hence Akeno being a tease said something about her being unworthy of serving me if she couldn't even boil water without causing it to catch fire and explode." I said amusedly while Rias huffed as she easily imagined the scenario playing out.

"Then things happened, Akeno kept talking, and then Ei got mad and threw her through a window outside and after she beat Akeno to a pulp, they are now somehow the best of friends... When Akeno isn't spending hours driving Ei to the edge of homicide in any case." I said dryly while I looked over and saw thankfully that Monet and Klee were with Koneko eating a massive pile of ice cream that gave me a brain freeze just looking at it.

Thankfully my new Medusa and Sakuya creations were being tutored by Arcueid about their duties as well as just how to act in general.

"I am pretty full how about you Jake?" Rias asked me after we watched the competing black and purple-haired girls round a corner to perform their competition on another area's game machines. "Then let's go home and watch a movie in the in-home theater I would like to snuggle up with you again." She said softly and I held her hand tighter in response as her teleportation sigil lit up and took us away quietly without anyone noticing allowing us to get some free time all alone with everyone else either at my mansion or at the game place leaving the ORC building completely quiet for a change.
