City and Palace Planning 2
Marcus did as she suggested and formed a blueprint of how the city will look. He decided the land will be around 400,000 Km and the land he will use will be the land Yathyral is sealed except he will make some land shifts. He will shift a portion of the land to form a bigger lake from where the snake clan resided. He will then create a river around the entire Island that connects to the lake as it is on the west side of the territory. The river will also make a ring around Marcus's Palace.
Once he finished that the north he will turn to a more cold and dark with the south will be more hot and light related, and finally the east with some winds and thunder. The middle will be filled with all sorts elements and materials made out of.
The entire island will be incase in a palace so that it would act as a shield and have the entire Island connected as one. On the downside making the Island and city a palace requires lots of materials and will be expensive, however on the upside is that the island will make it easier to practice without using the system and will be more comfortable to sleep and play in.
Inside the palace city will have building within the city with Chaos Star God Palace being in the center and extended to at least 50,000 Km to fit his dragon body in just in case he wants to use that form. The outside Palace will look like a medieval times castles with the colors of Gold, SIlver, and Black and people inside can see outside, but outside cannot see inside.
The inside palace where Marcus will mainly stay will be a look like the Emirates Palace (1) and will have a luxurious bathrooms, showers, jacuzzis, and pools inside that can fit around 50 or so people in each at least. He also designed it so that the alchemy, inscription, runes, blacksmith, and etc station/places will be kept but will be extended out with the best anvil, workstations possible, with around 7 of each throughout the palace. He also other Earth things inside like bars, grills (for hibachi, hamburgers,and others), a chef kitchen, a sushi only area, a snack area like in the US and etc.
The color of this palace will be purple space as it backgrounds color with gold, blue, purple, white, black, red, and silver spread throughout some area. The rest of the island will have houses throughout not as big as Marcus, but still, some will be palaces some will be on the lake and some. There will be gambling casinos, callosum, and etc around the area where Marcus Palace is. (This is for entertainment and so that his harem can use regular money instead of wasting DP or for visitors if they ever have any.)
Finally, the island will have a base that allows it to become a ship like and travel through the sky or water and also can teleport anytime back and forth from Marcus's Universe. The Island will be covered in Massive arrays to protect it from Universe level experts at the bare minimum with a stealth array to hide it from their sense too.
After tweaking a bit with the design and materials Marcus saved the design with the name 'Babylon the Eternal City of Dreams and Desires' as Dream (what he decided to call the system from now on since it was easier than saying you and other names) to make this it would cost at the bare minimum 100,000,000 DP and if he wanted the best quality and design it would be around 800,000,000 DP and that will last him forever and this was a discount since the system was being nice.
This caused Marcus jaw to drop as he literally went stupid and speechless. He thought about using the wish which Dream stated that if he uses all of them then it could be able to get it for 100,000 at the least. Hearing this He shook his head and sighed and put off the palace changing for later as he took the inheritance orb filled with all of the Star Gods power and started to absorb it.
