Chapter 27 - Despicable

"Selfish cold-blooded pervert, I hope you fall into potholes and run into walls!" Gu Nanyu was filled with hatred as she muttered under her breath.

There was quite a distance between Fu Beichen and Gu Nanyu. A normal person would not hear her silent murmurs.

However, Fu Beichen was not a normal person.

Perhaps if she behaved herself for a longer time, he would free her like he did the leopard.

However, not only did Fu Beichen retain her in his captivity, but her obedience led him to toy with her to his heart's desire.

Not long after, they were at daggers drawn again.

As Gu Nanyu was reminded of her blood, sweat and tears in her last life, she wished she could maul him up.

She must ask her grandfather one day from which mountain did he adopt Fu Beichen. His set of sick genes must not be human!

Gu Nanyu's footsteps slowed down when Fu Beichen's car decelerated.

Gu Nanyu ambled along the street as she was already unbothered.

After almost two hours of walking, Gu Nanyu plopped herself down on a cafe stairway by the road for a rest.

Just then, a person's shadow engulfed her.

Gu Nanyu raised her head only to see Fu Beichen standing before her, looking down at her from above.

"Selfish? Cold-blooded? Pervert?"

Gu Nanyu did not say a word.

He actually heard everything!

Gu Nanyu knew that her feet must be covered with blisters by now. The resentment within her grew exponentially.

"Yes. Other than that, you are despicable!"

"D's big and able? Hm, you are not wrong." Fu Beichen glared at her before heading back to his car. "It seems like you're not tired yet."

Gu Nanyu remained silent.

God d*mnit, can you not escalate to innuendos so quickly?
