When they returned, Kurayami saw that the girls had not stayed still during that time. Annabeth was in the sky and setting up her placeholders for the buildings that would be placed later on.

Akeno had recovered her magic and had already increased the gravity to Earth level in that area. Grayfia and Walburga were helping Akeno out by transferring their magic to her when she used it all up.

Natsume was not very strong or great at magic, so she was just mapping out the area Akeno had covered with Griffon. Kurayami saw Amaterasu had already walked out of the area Akeno set up as safe as she had no need to breathe.

She was being blasted by the full power of the sun and getting stronger because of it. This was the first time a Sun god had been this close to their source of power so she was taking full advantage of it.

Kurayami needed to go to Grigori as he decided to take over early. Instead of 16, he was going to take over right now as he was already the face of Grigori really. He clapped his hands and had everyone group up.

Even Amaterasu came back into the air bubble as he was saying something important.

"Alright, the president has agreed to our contract and in 6 months mining will begin. Ajuka, you can stop hiding."

They all looked behind Kurayami where Ajuka stopped being invisible. He just came when he continued to feel magic fluctuations on the Moon and he realized what was going on.

"Latia, you still kept this idea in your head?"

Latia stepped forward and nodded.

"Uncle, there is too much monetary wealth to be had on the Moon. You could have used this chance to raise the status of our family, but didn't. It is time to stop hiding from the human and become a real political power in the open."

Kurayami walked in front of Ajuka and patted him on the shoulder.

"Think about it, what is there in the reaches of space. What other races are there on other planets that you can research? I am offering this 6 month period to the Astaroth family, Grigori, and the Shinto gods."

Amaterasu didn't know he was giving her a share.

"You would do that for me?"

He turned around and nodded.

"You're one of my fiances. Of course, I would do this for you. Will you help with this project?"

The Satan thought about it and sighed.

"Fine, I will offer my aid to you in this endeavor. I can see that my niece used her charm and convinced you of this plan. She can be so stubborn."

Latia hugged him tightly as he started her drive to get here when she was just 6.

"Thank you, uncle."

She let go of him as she started to explain what she had planned for the Moon.

"Well, the Moon is full of unmined resources and Rare Earth metals. It will also be the start to get to the Asteroid belt and Mars in a century give or take. Once we start the money will roll in and so will the further explorations into deep space."

Ajuka nodded as he looked at what Annabeth was doing.

"How much time we got before we start?"

Latia answered without missing a beat.

"6 months. Opening a hole in space or teleporting is rather easy. Making a device that can do the same is different. I wanted you to work with Azazel in this effort."

Ajuka thought of it and had some ideas.

"If Azazel is anywhere as talented as I think he is, together we should be able to complete a stable device in 2 months."

Kurayami himself guaranteed it.

"He will. I am now acting Governor-General so he has all the time in the world. Grayfia, do you want the Germory family to have some stake in it?"

She thought of it for a while before she made her choice.

"They took me in despite my family being from the old Satan faction so I want to repay them. I am sure that they would jump on board to support you and it would give them an edge over the Great King faction."

Raynare looked at Latia and asked Ajuka something.

"Why is Latia not the next head of her family. I doubt you will find anyone better."

Ajuka looked at his niece and knew Raynare was right.

"I can see where you are coming from, but when I became a Satan I lost my say in m family. I will talk to my ancestor and he should listen to me."

"Not a bad idea boy. Kurayami, I am proud of you."

Everyone looked at the newcomer, Azrael. Natsume saw that even he was here and no longer saw this as a big deal.

"How many beings can just teleport here?"

Azrael smiled as he answered the question.

"Anyone in the top 10 can do it. Plus Kurayami. I guess you are the first ones to think to do this. Looks like everyone else is gathering."

At that moment, a few other beings teleported here as they could feel several beings gathered here. This ranged from Sirzechs, Hades, Indra, Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva, and Nyx, so now 8 of the current top 10 were gathered.

Seeing them all here made Esdeath, Raynare, Annabeth, Grayfia, Kuroka, Akeno, and Amaterasu all in the Satan class walk next to Kurayami to offer some aid. Latia and Natsume were not weak, but would not offer much so they stayed back a little.

Now that everyone gathered, they all looked at each other with some seriousness. Shiva was the strongest, but he had a happy look on his childish face. He was followed by Brahma and Vishnu in number two as they were equal.

Number 3 was held by Typhon who was currently sealed away. Number 4 was Indra followed by Numer 5 in Azrael, 6 was Nyx, 7 was Hades while 8 was shared by Sirzechs and Ajuka. 9 belonged to Fenrir and 10 was Kurayami.

Now that they were all here, it could quickly turn violent so they started to split themselves up according to sides. Hades glanced at Azrael with pure hatred, but he looked at Kurayami with some respect. Death had already visited him and let him know the same thing she had Nyx. She offered him this chance to grow stronger as long as he did not antagonize her son.

He took the deal as despite being prideful, he was not a fool as she could easily kill him. Shiva and Indra looked at each other with some annoyance as they were enemies. Brahma and Vishnu did not look bothered while Nyx walked next to Kurayami. She had already made her choise and chosen to never antagonize him.

She did not want to piss him or his mother off. Sirzechs walked next to Ajuka who was with Nyx, Kurayami, and Azrael as they were now on the same side. As for Hades he grit his skull teeth and walked over to Nyx.

She was his superior and he also had made a choice. He had to work with Azrael as he was allied with Kurayami. Azrael winked at Hades as he clapped his hands to start dealing. He took over somewhat as they would listen to him a little more.

Kurayami did not mind as he sent Azrael a mental message about what he wanted.

"Well let's start dealing. All of you are welcome to stake some claims as the Moon is big enough. We are all at the peak of this world and on the Moon so why not share it. It would be more productive instead of fighting a war for it."

Indra glanced at him, Kurayami, Nyx, Hades, Sirzechs, and Ajuka as they were all on the same side for some reason. Plus the women with Kurayami were all rather strong and in numbers would be useful to that side.

"And why should we do that? We can just fight and forcefully take it from you. I just never bothered, but seeing you here means that I was too quick to disregard this place before."

Azrael chuckled as he looked at Indra with squinted eyes. A threatening aura surged from his body as he looked at Indra.

"Maybe if that was the old me, but I have gotten stronger in my exile. Probably enough to take your spot as number 4."

Indra's aura flashed against Azrael's which started to cause cracks on the Lunar Surface. Shiva yawned and restrained both of their power with little effort.

"Don't fight now, We never get to meet up so this is a good chance. If the 6 of you are on the same side I will agree to this. If you will have me, I will join your faction."

Indra glanced at Shiva with some anger.

"Do you not have any pride?"

Shiva shrugged.

"Oh please, pride is stupid. If we can all peacefully mine this rock, we can expand our influence. Kurayami does not seem to mind."

Kurayami shook his head.

"I actually do not Lord Shiva. I also accept your offer to join us. As long as we all work peacefully, we can expand our forces into the stars. It seems a bit regretful we are stuck on Earth when we have all of that to explore."

He used his whole arm to point toward the vast reaches of space. All of the beings there glanced out into the void as even they had limits on what they could see. Brahma and Vishnu both decided to agree to the deal.

Brahma spoke first as he needed to know something.

"I know you hold little love for humans, but you have not caused indiscriminate killing among them. This is acceptable so I accept this part of the deal."

Vishnu did the same.

"I agree with him."

Now that the three of Trimurti had all agreed to the contract made Indra notice he was the only outlier. He rubbed his hair as he sighed,

"Fine, I also agree. Now, I want to know why Nyx and Hades both joined with them."

Nyx spoke up as she was stronger than Hades.

"I saw more befit with joining this camp. The world is not sitting still as even I have been training hard Indra. Maybe not as hard as Azrael, but hard nonetheless."

Hades lacked his teeth as he said something similar.

"Intrest that aline. This camp has more befits in the long term."

Sirzechs had also been informed by Ajuka at this moment so he was thankful to Grayfia and still wanted to return some favor to his family.

"The Devils and Fallen are now in an alliance so we will work together in this endeavor. As the current Lucifer I agree with what Ajuka and Kurayami say."

Amaterasu while not in the top 10 was still a goddess. Here on the Moon, she was also closer to the sun and stronger.

"Kurayami is my family as my descendent and my finance. Of course, I and the Shito gods will join this camp."

Seeing that they were all in agreement, they all looked at the Moon as this was going to be big. They had to claim important places, but Kurayami already had one in mind.

"Grigori shall be claiming the Mare Tranquillitatis(Biggest deposit of titanium on the Moon)."

Nyx looked at Kurayami as she was going to try to keep his mother's identity a secret from him. Death never told her if she was allowed to say it so she took it as a no. Hades did the same as she was accepting for him.

"Greetings again Kurayami. I am glad that you are doing well."

Kurayami extended his hand to her as he owed her a favor. She shook his hand to be polite.

"Nyx, it is good to see you well. You can now start to survey the Moon and take your pick of the places. Hades, I hope you can play nice with Azrael and I will return your Helm."

Hades looked at Kurayami and had one thought in his mind as he looked at Kurayami's soul. It felt similar to Death so he choose to keep it low.

"That is fine. I may hate him with a passion, but our rivalry can be settled later. I shall also take my pick of an area to make my claim to."

Sirzechs looked at Ajuka who smiled at him.

"Come on, our families get fist pick of Lunar territory. Let's get to it before the Great King faction starts bitching at us."

Ajuka laughed as he never heard Sirzechs sweat before.

"Fine, what about Serafall and Falbium?"

Kurayami thought about it as he decided to accept it.

"Claim your territory and tell them later. This is the future we are building. Earth is just one planet in this universe so let's make the most of it."

Azrael spread his sense to the maximum and found what he was going to claim.

"Fine, I will claim that Thorium deposit I guess."

Ajuka and Sirzechs both spread their senses and used their magic to leave glowing markers to set their claim. They were not quite other so this could be seen on Earth as green and red glowing lines appeared on the Moon.

Nyx and Hades spread out their senses as well and choose some expensive and useful deposits. This was followed by purple as Kurayami did the same as the so Azrael also did it. The others who were on the Moon did the same and soon large chunks were claimed.

Now that this was starting Kurayami was going to keep his house in the Underworld while they built a space gate. Once that was built the humans would put their part as they were going to be recruited by the Supernatural factions.

Latia's dream was on the way while Rias' was none the closer. When one puts in the work and when one just lounges around. She was not even paying attention to the outside as all over the Earth, people were wondering what was going on.

They would not know for a while though so they could only keep asking questions.
